The anti-dandruff shampoos that you find in supermarkets are so detergent that they scour the scalp. No wonder the skin has trouble rebuilding itself afterwards. To nourish without greasing your scalp, here is an ideal recipe.

Zero perfume, zero essential oil, zero chemicals, zero detergent … Today, it is almost impossible to find a shampoo that is perfectly respectful of the health of toddlers. even in organic stores. Often a preservative or a foaming agent comes to spoil the pretty cocktail of plants which was proposed to you on the label.

No hesitation then, for the kids, do it yourself. It is soft, hydrates and washes. Take 400 ml of Castile liquid soap (mixture of vegetable oils), add three tablespoons of virgin coconut oil (slightly heated beforehand), then put ten drops of essential oils of true lavender (for children over four months). You can add a little water to fill the container.
