Apples are not only tasty fruit. It has long been known that they also have a great influence on our health, among others they reduce the risk of cancer, reduce the level of bad cholesterol in the blood, improve the functioning of the circulatory system, heart and memory. Of course, it is best to eat them raw, but from time to time you should also diversify the autumn menu with hot dishes.
Apples baked with cheese (about 190 kcal / serving – 1 apple)
Ingredients: 6 large apples, a packet of natural cream cheese, 6 teaspoons of honey, cinnamon.
Manufacturing method:
1. Wash the apples, dry them and make a recess at the top about 1/3 of the height of the apple.
2. Stuff the apples with cheese, pour honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.
3. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius
High-fiber apple pie (approximately 140 kcal / piece)
High-fiber apple pie (about 150 kcal / serving, 1/20 tray)
Ingredients: 4 eggs, 2 cups of whole wheat flour, 2 teaspoons of baking soda, 100 g of dried cranberries / raisins soaked in boiling water, 1 cup of favorite crushed nuts, 2 tablespoons of coconut shavings, 3 apples, 1/2 cup of cane sugar, 4 tablespoons oil, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon.
Manufacturing method:
1. Peel the apples and grate them on a large-mesh grater.
2. Mix the eggs well with the sugar, add the rest of the ingredients, mix.
2. Bake for 45 minutes. at a temperature of 180 degrees C.
Leek soup with apple (about 70 kcal / serving)
Ingredients: 3 leeks, 1 carrot, 3 potatoes, 2 apples, 200 ml of apple juice, 3 tablespoons of pan-roasted sunflower seeds, spices (nutmeg, curry), 3 glasses of water or vegetable broth.
Manufacturing method:
1. Peel and dice the vegetables and the apple, boil them in water or broth until soft.
2. Blend everything, add juice, season and sprinkle with roasted sunflower seeds.
Instant apple pie with apple (about 90 kcal / serving – 1/20 tray)
Ingredients: 4 apples, 4 plums, 10 tablespoons of whole grain flour, 4 tablespoons of cane sugar, 4 tablespoons of butter, cinnamon.
Manufacturing method:
1. Peel the apples and dice them, wash the plums and divide them into halves.
2. Prepare a crumble with flour, sugar and butter.
3. Line a small tray with baking paper and place successively: 1/3 crumble, fruit sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon, and the rest of the crumble.
4. Bake at 200 degrees C until a clear golden brown – about 40 minutes.
