Men blame the fact that they have become the owners of sometimes a huge belly hypodynamia and love of beer. They are absolutely right, but only partially. At the same time, you should first reduce the amount of alcohol and cigarettes smoked per day, ideally, completely eradicate these bad habits.

It is impossible to get rid of fat deposits and make the abdominal muscles without sports training, but you need to remember that the press appears not only from swinging it, but also from exercises for all muscle groups.
