3 Secrets of Perfect Fried Eggs
 

It would seem that fried eggs are the easiest dish to prepare. One-component, no cooking techniques or gadgets! And after all – what is the catch – often the simplest is actually difficult to accomplish perfectly. 

But now your fried eggs will be at the level of restaurant breakfasts! 3 secrets make perfect fried eggs possible. 

  1. thick-walled frying pan,
  2. butter,
  3. minimum temperature.

Preheat the skillet slightly and add about 1/2 tsp. butter, let it melt slowly and calmly, without sizzling. Then break an egg into a skillet and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Season with salt and serve.
