A pensioner from the village of Berezovka, having bought a used washing machine in one of the Novosibirsk online stores, was not able to use it, because the equipment was sold to her in a non-working condition. The attempts of the deceived elderly woman to restore justice have not yet been successful. Raisa Grigorievna outlined her story in a letter, sending it to the editorial office of the newspaper Sovetskaya Sibir, with the hope that at least someone could help her.
The woman learned about the sale of used washing machines from an advertisement in one of the Horde newspapers. After her old washing machine broke down and it turned out that it was beyond repair, Raisa Grigoryeva decided to call the ad and buy a “new” used machine. The equipment was brought home to her on May 2, 2019, installed, and issued a warranty card. But the employee of the company refused to check the efficiency of the washing machine, citing employment. On the same evening, the pensioner’s daughter decided to wash things, but the washing machine did not work. Having filmed the process of unsuccessful washing on video, the woman called the company, where she was promised that a repairman would come to her and look at the equipment. But, alas, the pensioner did not wait for anyone – several months passed like that.
In the editorial office of the newspaper, where the letter from the deceived woman came, they decided to visit the unscrupulous Spektr company. A girl named Maria assured that all their equipment is sold in working condition, the master must inspect it before buying. And the situation with the sale of the washing machine to Raisa Grigorievna simply has not yet been resolved, since they have not yet had routes to that region. Such an unconvincing explanation only says that a private company violates all the rights and interests of the buyer.
The editors of the newspaper “Sovetskaya Sibir” sent an official letter to the private entrepreneur company “Spektr” with a request to solve the problem of a pensioner. How this story will end is still unknown. But still there is a chance that justice will prevail.
