25 signs you love your job

In addition to the obvious “I love my job,” there are a lot of indirect signs by which you can understand that you are in love with the business you are doing and the place where you work. We share some of them.

1. At least half of the time, work brings you a sense of joy and pleasure.

2. When you work, time flies by.

3. Monday may not be your favorite day, but Sunday evening definitely does not scare you.

4. The job itself means more to you than the money you get for doing it.

5. You not only do what you have to do, but also try to do more because you want to grow and develop.

6. You spend your free time on learning something professionally, because you understand that work has the maximum impact on all other areas of your life.

7. You don’t dream about retirement.

Most of your co-workers like you, and some of you are even friends.

9. You don’t daydream about leaving early every day and make up excuses not to show up for work until the end of the week.

10. You are not averse to taking on extra responsibilities.

11. You really work, not pretend.

12. At the end of the day, you don’t feel empty – on the contrary, sometimes you even feel a surge of energy.

13. Work rarely drives you into a state of stress.

14. You feel like an important member of the team.

15. You are satisfied with the way you perform your duties, and this raises your self-esteem.

16. It’s not hard for you to stay disciplined.

You can say more good things than bad things about your work

18. None of your friends and family tells you that you should look for another job.

19. You periodically take risks, knowing that it will bear fruit.

20. You are grateful for this work.

21. At work, you often smile or laugh.

22. You sincerely believe in the company you work for, and you yourself use its services or buy products of this brand.

23. You are happy to talk about your work when asked about it.

24. You don’t gossip about colleagues.

25. You try to make the most of each work day, and not just wait until it finally ends.

Reread these statements and evaluate how many “points” you have scored. If most of them are not about you, then most likely you are in the wrong place. And vice versa: if almost every statement resonates with you, you may be devoting too much time and effort to work. And this is also worth thinking about.
