– Probably, the main victory in life happens every day: it is a victory over oneself, which consists in moving forward, in the desire to know more tomorrow than today, it becomes better … Daily work on oneself on the way to the set goal for me is a little pride …

– I have been dancing since the age of 4, and for the last four years I have been teaching dance to children. My dream is to open my own center for preschool education for children, which will combine a kindergarten in the afternoon and a House of Creativity in the evening. As the great writer Antoine de Saint-Exupery said: “He who carries in his heart the image of the future cathedral is already a winner.”

Natalia Loginova, 23 years old

– Speaking about the main victory in life, I would replace the word “pride” with “joy and satisfaction”. And these emotions I get from the fact that at the age of 23 I am an absolutely free, independent and independent person. Having moved to Yekaterinburg to study 6 years ago from a small town, I received a red diploma from the USMU college; I receive higher education in absentia on a budgetary basis; I work in a large company in a good position and participate in the Beauty of Russia competition! I learned to be stress-resistant and strong, while not losing kindness, optimism, good attitude towards people and faith in them. I do not copy anyone and do not try to be like someone else.

Who I am really proud of is my mom. I admire her fortitude, wisdom and optimism. I am proud of my friends and people who are next to me. Each of them contributed to my life, taught something new.

– I was lucky to visit many countries and immerse myself in the culture of four languages - French, English, Chinese and Czech. I have devoted almost all my life to dancing: I was engaged in ballroom dancing for 8 years, I danced in Alla Dukhova’s Todes group for 3 years, and also studied modern trends. For me, dancing is an incredible opportunity for self-expression, which is why I continue to dance to this day and encourage girls to try themselves in this business!

In 2014 I became “Young Miss Yekaterinburg”, which I am proud of. I believe that the best investment is investment in yourself, which is why I strive to develop, set goals and achieve them!

– About two years ago, my weight was 65 kg. I started a competent fight against excess weight: sports and proper nutrition. At the moment my weight is 49-50 kg. The fact that I have brought myself into good shape, I consider my victory and my achievement. I took off these 16 kilos for about 10 months. Smoothly, without starving or exhausting yourself with sports.

– When I was 6 years old, my mother sent me to a theater studio. This is where most of my life has passed. We stage many performances and participate in various festivals. But our tradition warms my soul most of all: every New Year we give a holiday to children from orphanages. When they come to visit us, they find themselves in a fairy tale that we create for them – be it the Snow Queen’s castle, the princess’s palace or Alice’s journey through Wonderland.

The main victory in my life is the victory over myself, my complexes. Love yourself for who you are! There are no ugly girls, all problems are only in our heads.

Anastasia Sedova, 22 years old

– I work as a florist – this is my vocation, and I am happy that I found myself. Therefore, at 22, I feel calm and adore my job, and what could be more important for a person? But at the same time I do not stop studying – now I have entered the magistracy, I plan to get two more higher educations.

– Since childhood, my parents took me to various sports clubs, tried to give me the best education – a kindergarten with an English bias, an art school. I also achieved some success in sports: I have the 2nd youth category in figure skating, and in tennis I showed promise. Sport builds character from childhood, teaches you to achieve your goal and not give in to difficulties. I also understand art, I can sing, I speak foreign languages … I used to be in a pedagogical brigade and went to orphanages with free performances and gifts, helped children who for some reason were left without relatives.

– I have been dancing for 11 years. Our team took part in all kinds of international competitions and took 1st places and the Grand Prix, so I already felt the taste of victories. Each stage appearance, each award is a small step towards a big victory. And a big victory is a victory over oneself, overcoming one’s inner limits.

– I was always afraid of public appearances, but thanks to participation in the Beauty of Russia competition, I began to feel much more confident on stage. And I’m not afraid anymore – now I like it! Already now I can note that changes are taking place in my life!

– I believe that I was able to combine the incompatible: to play a men’s sport – football (I have two CCMs in women’s football), while remaining feminine. I was a professional belly dancer, participated in international competitions, won victories, and there were also defeats! But they only made me stronger. I am also a candidate for Master of Sports in cross-country skiing. Graduated from the College of Law with honors.

I play football for the Ural Federal University, I also play in the national team of the Sverdlovsk region. In my life I “fell” many times, there were defeats, injuries, but I continued to move! My life motto is: “Pain is temporary – triumph is eternal!”

Natalia Talantseva, 24 years old

“Miracles often happen in my life, and I am glad that my faith is stronger than many prejudices. Once I happened to meet a girl in whose life, as it turned out, I played an important role. During the conversation, she desperately admitted that she wanted to divorce her beloved husband due to the fact that after 10 years of marriage, they were unable to have children. At that time, I was engaged in psychology, and decided to try my knowledge on it. And we managed to find the reason for the failure. We went to church together, prayed and lit a candle. A month later, a friend called me and happily shouted into the phone: “You are my angel! I have 2 strips! ” Now I am the godmother of their daughter Dasha! I think my victory is my faith! And I know God exists!

– My main victory over myself is a successful fight against my shyness. I overcame my fears and constraints, came to the casting of “The Beauty of Russia”, and this began a new stage in my life. I have changed: for example, we had speech lessons, where I managed to improve my diction. I learned to speak louder – this used to be a special problem. And, of course, the speech became more expressive. We also got rid of the Ural dialect. Choreography I tried myself in a new dance direction. And, of course, the gait became light and elegant at the catwalk.

I am proud of my family and my relationship with my boyfriend. The day I met him became the most important and turning point in my life. It’s hard to imagine what I would do without the love and support of people dear to me!

– This year she graduated from the Pedagogical University with a degree in interior designer. My hobby is professional manicure. I also really like to draw. One of my last works is “The Girl at the Piano”. There are times when you want to be silent, when there are no emotions, when you just want to look around. Such spontaneous creative processes, little by little, fill me with inner energy, bring me to my senses and lead me to positive thoughts. Creativity is real magic!

Happiness always lies in simple things. In such, for example, as a weekend, Saturday tea or just peace in your heart. Happiness is so close – it is enough to do what you love.

– I am from the city of Revda in the Sverdlovsk region. In 2015 she graduated from USUE-SINKh, Faculty of World Economy and Finance, specializing in Enterprise Economics. I love sports – in the morning I run 12 km in the park. I’m also a blood donor: it doesn’t hurt at all, and your blood can save someone’s life!

– The main victory in my life is participation in such a large-scale beauty contest as “Beauty of Russia”. I have always dreamed of taking part in something like this, but I lacked the courage and confidence in myself. However, I was able to overcome my insecurity, shyness. Now I have become more open and found the strength, despite the work, to prepare for the competition.

– I go to school, I work in the NRG EK cheerleader team, we often go to competitions. Six months ago, we took 1st place in the Sverdlovsk region. I want to have a perfect figure, so I often go on diets.

Vladislava Petrova, 18 years old

– This year I entered the Institute of Chemical Technology on a budgetary basis, got to the job of my dreams – I train girls and prepare them for Olympic reserve schools in rhythmic gymnastics. And, of course, I came to the Beauty of Russia contest!

I devote any free minute to my family, because only thanks to my parents I manage to achieve my goals.

Galina Druzhinina, 24 years old

– It so happened that from the age of 15 I had to live independently, and I did not give up, overcame difficulties, realizing that no one but myself would help me. I graduated from a medical school, moved to Yekaterinburg, a year later I passed my license, bought a car myself. A year later I entered the Pedagogical University on the budget. I like to learn something new in different spheres of activity, that’s why I decided to take part in the Beauty of Russia competition.

Whenever possible, I try to do good deeds – I take part in actions to help sick children, which are held on Channel One. I give things that I no longer wear to those in need. She also took part in a volunteer cleanup to improve the local area.

– I have been active since childhood and do not sit still: I graduated from a music school, during my school years I won prizes in shooting, dancing, and singing. Now I am in my last year at the university, I participate in Russian and international dance competitions. I am proud of my family, because thanks to them I have opportunities and achievements!

– Since childhood, God has rewarded me with luxurious hair. I was always proud of them, because by the age of 13 my hair length reached 1 m 25 cm! In 2013, I accidentally saw on TV an invitation to the contest “Ural Beauty – Long Braid”, and hurried to pass the casting. It was very interesting: new acquaintances, rehearsals. The jury evaluated not only the beauty of the hair, but also the artistry, the ability to stay on stage. When the name of the winner was pronounced, my happiness knew no bounds: I became “Ural Beauty – 2013” in my age category! Of course, I am proud of this victory! And I decided not to stop there and try my hand again – in the “Beauty of Russia”.

– I graduated from music school, danced and studied at the fashion theater. At the university, she was a member of the aerobics team, participated in social and artistic activities and became a miss of the Institute of Materials Science and Metallurgy in 2016. I have time everywhere and do everything perfectly! Because life, like youth, is one, and we must use it to the fullest!

Christina Efremova, 23 years old

– My boyfriend and I have always dreamed of going on a tour of Europe without trips, “savages”. And a year ago we decided to make our common dream come true – we sold our car and went on a trip for a month: we traveled around Norway, Denmark, Germany, and lived in the Netherlands. There were no difficulties, except that the weather let us down: before leaving, we looked at the forecast – they promised about 27 degrees Celsius. So we took only summer clothes, and upon arrival it turned out that in Norway it is 10 degrees Celsius, and in the mountains it is generally minus 3 with snow and strong winds! But we are still very happy with our trip.

– I like traveling very much! I have visited nine countries and every year I expand the geography of the world I saw with my own eyes. When visiting Spain, I managed to take part in the annual carnival! Another of my achievements is my participation in the 2014 Best Young Model competition, in which I took second place.

And since the age of 12 I have been writing books.
