Here are 20 nutritional tips for people struggling with acne. NOTE: There are people in the world who follow all these rules, but still have acne. Unfortunately, there are many causes of acne, and probably that is why changing or improving purely nutritional practices will not work for all. It’s worth a try though. For beauty and health!

Dukan and Atkins diets harmful?
- Avoid products containing artificial flavors, benzoates and glycols. Instant soups are a bad idea. Such a mixture promotes the formation of acne.
- Fight the temptation to drink drinks carbonated and artificial juices. They are neither healthy nor useful for a beautiful complexion.
- Opt out of fast food.
- Limit sweets, coffee, alcohol and cocoa.
- Avoid sharp fog. Spices stimulate digestion, but unfortunately also sometimes exacerbate problems.
- watch out for salt! Its excess causes the immature blackheads to mature, thus increasing the number of unsightly eruptions on the face. You can replace it with herbs.
- Tobacco do not smoke neither passively nor actively.
- Restrict sugar.
- Give up eating fruit imported. They contain mycotoxins – substances produced by fungi, also present in stale and low-quality peanuts. Of course, they have a negative effect on acne.
- watch out for Saturated fatty acids and for hydrogenated vegetable fat.
- Avoid highly processed foods.
- Opt out of chocolate. It contains cocoa and worsens the symptoms of acne, but does not cause it.
- Limit products dairy. Do not give up on dairy products, because you also need it (if only because it has vitamin A, which is recommended in the fight against acne), but Dukan’s high-protein diet would be definitely out of place.
- Eat it Beta-carotene i.e. orange and red vegetables such as peppers (yellow, red), carrots, tomatoes …
- Green favors a pretty complexion. Include spinach and broccoli in your diet as they have them vitamin B6which reduces the number of breakouts. Leafy vegetables and beans are recommended for their sulfur content.
- Eat dried fruit and sea fish. Both the former and the latter are the habitat of sulfur; fish also contain acids that are valuable for the skin.
- Meat, yeast, milk, eggs – we cannot forget about these products. The elements they contain such as cynk and tin are especially recommended for acne-prone skin.
- Grapes, asparagus, cucumbers, green tea and blackberries are important. Consume as much of them as possible.
- Drink at least 6 glasses water daily.
- Eat fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains, whole grains, healthy fats and protein.
