- Water does not get into the tank. The part does not respond to controller commands, therefore it does not open the damper.
- Continuous flow of water into the bunker. The membrane is in the open position, so nothing obstructs the flow.

Rarely, but still, the part is subject to blockage from the water supply side. In this case, it is enough to clean it to restore work. Otherwise, you will have to replace.
Where is the inlet valve located and how do I replace it?
Repair does not require special knowledge, the main thing is to adhere to safety rules. The easiest way to find out the location of the part is by following the connection point of the inlet hose to the dishwasher body. So, in some models it can be located below, immediately behind the hose. In others, it is located in the Aquastop protection box (relevant for the Hansa PMM).
Buy a new spare part only of original production for a specific brand. Better yet, remove the old part and go to the store with it.

- Disconnect the machine from the network and communications.
- If the hose leads to the bottom of the cabinet, turn the dishwasher on its side.
- Remove the bottom or plinth panel.

- Set the multimeter to ohmmeter mode.
- Disconnect wiring from terminals.
- Press the probes of the multimeter to the contacts.
- Follow the indications on the screen. A serviceable valve will show a resistance of 500 to 1500 ohms.
- In the event of a malfunction, the display will not change.

The coils are ringing. If they are working, then diagnose the mechanical part. This is easy to do by directing a pressure of water onto the node membrane. The work gate will open. Replacement is done in reverse order. After disconnecting the contacts, unscrew the mounting bolts to the body and install a new spare part.
