Hello dear blog readers. Today, I finally post the first report and my implementation of the goals and objectives set for 2017. Daily Tasks
For all my goals, there are a number of identical tasks. Let’s break them down first.
Daily planning
Every day, I take 15 minutes to plan the next day. Based on the results of the month, from my last publication, I can draw a number of conclusions.
- There was a lack of self-discipline. Those. did not always plan goals for the next day. Task: no more excuses, as Deadpool said: «I * tsa in a fist and act.»
- Interesting fact. My brain concentrates better and performs the planned next day if I summed up the past day. Those. I calculate, as a percentage, the number of completed tasks from the number of tasks set. From here, a taskA: Always count how many percent per day I completed the tasks. Monitor this indicator in order to collect statistics (at what time and why the results grow or fall).
- Do not overload with tasks, set no more than 10. Insight: if I set more tasks and do not fulfill them, internal motivation falls, I begin to criticize myself. This is very bad. And if you put 10 and overfulfilled, the feeling of inner self-satisfaction greatly increases.
Morning and evening practices
My morning routines consist of the following items:
- Stand on one fist. Currently 3:30/30:00.
- Meditation. 1 p. Day. Time 10min:30sec.
- Pouring cold water on the street. Every morning.
- Finger gymnastics. 3 rubles/day
Conclusions: Before performing these practices, the voice of the inner weakling is clearly heard. Who says: I’ll sleep more. Fuck I need this. I’ll take a day off. Yes, I’m so tired. Etc. But, dear friends, I will make you happy. If you start doing all these practices, you will have a very powerful boost of energy for the day. You wake up instantly. The inner core grows very strongly. Self-discipline grows. Strengthens immunity. In general, these are very strong practices. If anyone is interested, I will make a separate article about it. Evening practices, consist of the following
- Planning for tomorrow and summing up the past.
- Already lying in bed (in my case it is a mattress on the floor, if you are wondering why, write, I will answer) to find 5 reasons for which I am grateful to myself on this day. And remember, 5 completed tasks that I will do better the next day.
Evening practices are aimed at improving the productivity of the next day.
Increasing internal energy
This complex includes:
1.Normal mode of the day. For me, this is at 22:00 hang-up and at 5:00 rise. The problems that I encountered were the lack of time and self-organization, as a result of which I went to bed later, and therefore did not get enough sleep. There was overwork, tk. did not sleep. The result of such a “mode” for me was such a phenomenon as the unconscious shutdown of the alarm clock and a long sleep. In the last week, this has become a regular occurrence. Accordingly, we conclude and set the task:
In no case should the daily routine be violated.
Insight: It is better to set an adequate number of tasks, be less lazy, invest more in business, and then you won’t have to sit at night to catch up. This point, for myself, I take under special control. As a result, I will definitely unsubscribe.
2. Sports activities. I will write about this below.
3. Meditation.
I actively use only these 3 points. In fact, there are more of them. You can learn more in the article: “10 ways to manage and increase human energy”.
So let’s now go through the goals.
1. Increase blog traffic

2. Run a half marathon
In the previous article, it was decided to start preparations from the first of May. While this item is not relevant.

6/100. Bought an annual CrossFit membership. Now attended 6 workouts out of 100 planned. Conclusions from the training:
- CrossFit is a really powerful training system for a versatile athlete. Those. A CrossFit professional is a person who can participate in “virtually” any sport, at the level of an athlete. In this sport, for 1 hour of training, a huge amount of strength and functional work is performed. And no workouts are the same. Every class has a new program. Accordingly, you can get a lot of skills. From walking on your hands to power squatting. After a year of classes, I will definitely write a review of this sport.
- Must attend training regularly
- 1 time per week, preferably a visit to the bath

5. Read 70 books
2/100. I will not write much at this point. I will briefly describe what has been done in this direction. The task is still being performed very poorly. 60 days out of 360 have passed. Only 2 books out of 100 have been read. But! I signed up for speed reading and memory improvement courses. Passed 1/15 lessons. I’ll be sure to post the results.
6. Jump with a parachute
The time has not yet come. I will definitely do it according to the plan.
7. «Bungee jumping» 50 meters
Here, dear friends, I share my emotions with you. I consider the task completed. I could not determine the exact height, but the jump was made. Emotions and adrenaline overwhelm me so far. Before the jump, there was no fear at all. Although I am afraid of heights “in panic”. But, after I stood on the parapet of the house, there was a panic in my head. A very wild fear appeared, it was so strong that I felt my heart beat in my brain (forgive me for such slang), squeezed my chest, my inner voice just screamed in horror, my knees were shaking, I completely forgot about the cold.
The worst thing for me was not to look down, but forward. I just did not expect such a reaction from myself.
The mood was such that they would jump down with their chest, open their arms and watch while you fly. Actually that’s what I did. Two people were fighting inside of me. One of which, screaming like a 3-year-old child, tried to shrink and generally get away from there. The second person is also me, only a more resolute version, who said that I still can control myself.
After the legs came off the parapet, there were no thoughts at all. I just pushed and tried to spread my arms and legs as much as possible. Although, my inner world, tried to squeeze and close my eyes. The flight itself lasted for an eternity, although the footage shows that it is only a couple of seconds. An inner feeling, at that moment I still cannot convey.
The conclusion can be drawn like this: there should always be self-control, no matter how much emotions and an inner defeatist voice overwhelm me. But, in order for you to understand me correctly, I will give one piece of advice.
Everything must be approached with a cool head, especially such extreme and risky activities. Trust your life only to professionals. I do not approve of all the thoughtless things that many people do. Our life is too valuable to risk it in vain.

9. Complete the course «full pumping»

10. Get results from meditation
Practice time, so far: 10 minutes: 30 seconds. Based on the results of 2 months of this practice, I can say that it is not as easy as it seems. The essence of my practice is just a calm presence with closed eyes, complete silence in the head. Every day I increase by 10 seconds. I will tell my friends right away that this is not so easy to do. I have never been able to sit all this time without being distracted by some thought. It even happens that you fly away into your thoughts and for almost the entire time of meditation you forget about the practice itself.
Conclusion: train further.
11. Fist for 30 minutes
Result so far: 3m:35s. I will say right away that I add 5 seconds every day. This practice I have highlighted in a separate paragraph. A very powerful practice. The following reasons:
- Increasing physical strength. The abs, shoulders, arms, back, stabilizer muscles, etc. work. But that is not the point of the practice.
- The strongest part of the exercise is the training of fortitude. In this exercise, “fizuha” does not solve, it is your determination and fortitude that wins here. Here, dear reader, you will hear an inner voice and all your defeatist attitudes.
After you stand on your fist, all the “shit * about” of your inner world will come out and in the reflection of your sweat you will see that asshole who loses in all other life situations.

Save money. Your economic security will not grow if you do not set aside a portion of your income in safe investments.

My weight 76kg / 90kg. Here, almost nothing has been done in a month, only +1 kg. Partly because I attend functional training and move around a lot physically.
