How to cook
Add all ingredients to a shaker filled one third with ice.
Shake and strain through a strainer into a chilled goblet glass.

Gin – 45 ml
Sweet vermouth – 30 ml
How to cook
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice.

Orange juice – 90 ml
Strawberries – 1 pc.
Clementine – 1 pc.
Ground ginger – a pinch
7UP or other soda
How to cook
In a shaker, muddle strawberries and clementine.
Pour Campari and juice into a shaker. Add ice to the shaker by a third.
Shake well and strain through a strainer into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.
Top up with soda if desired.
Garnish with strawberry and clementine slices. Sprinkle ground ginger on top.

Grapefruit juice – 45 ml
How to cook
Add all ingredients to a shaker filled one third with ice.
Shake and strain through a strainer into an ice-cold cocktail glass.

Cointreau – 15 ml
Lime fresh – 30 ml
How to cook
Add all ingredients to a shaker filled one third with ice.
Shake and strain through a strainer into an ice-cold Margarita glass.

Prosecco – 60 ml
Grapefruit juice – 30 ml

Rum – 45 ml
Sugar syrup – 20 ml
Lemon fresh – 20 ml
Prosecco – 30 ml
Mint – 3 sprigs
How to cook
Muddle the mint in a shaker until the mint releases essential oils.
Pour all ingredients except Prosecco into a shaker, then add ice.
Shake well and strain through a strainer into a highball filled with ice cubes.
Top up with Prosecco in the Haboll.
Decorate with a sprig of mint.
Nicaraguan Negroni Punch
Cocktail recipe
Campari – 450 ml
7th Year Rum – 300 ml
Red vermouth – 220 ml
Grapefruit juice – 300 ml
Honey – 75 ml
Fresh lemon – 12 pc.
Dry cloves – 30 pcs.
How to cook
Squeeze lemon juice from 10 lemons into a plastic bowl and add dry cloves. Mix and place in the freezer. Wait for a complete freeze. It is advisable to use such dishes that will form ice. Tip: By using different molds, such as silicone molds, you can achieve completely different ice block designs.
Pour all the ingredients into the punch bowl and mix thoroughly, then remove the previously prepared ice block and put in the punch.
Garnish with fresh lemon slices.
