Elizaveta Demina, 19 years old, student

– Like any girl, I had to urgently put myself in order. I used to do ballet. Sometimes there weren’t enough people in the room, and I had to participate in two dances in a row. I changed the costume in just a minute. You quickly, but beautifully, leave the stage, take off all the things of one suit and quickly put on another. The main thing is not only not to smear the costumes with lipstick and quickly change clothes, but also to look decent and not lose things from the costume. If you have hats, you need to fix the strands that have come out of the hairstyle. You fix your hair with varnish, smooth it into your hair and fix it. Will hold out until the end of the performance.

Once I had to urgently get ready for a ball. I didn’t have a beautiful long dress, as requested by the organizers. Together with my mother, we found dresses for rent on the Internet, chose the right one. We went, tried on and photographed. We also found a good stylist on the Internet, in just 5 minutes we agreed on makeup and hairstyle, attached a photo of the dress and everything that was picked up for it – shoes, jewelry, masks, gloves, so that the master has an image in his head.

If we talk about everyday cases, then you always need to be able to do quick and easy hairstyles with your own hands – with one elastic band or using sticks for the head. Or have a small comb in your purse, or preferably a wooden comb (it spoils your hair less and preserves your energy). And also, in order for the lips to look well-groomed in any situation, you need to nourish them with at least hygienic lipstick. The main thing is to never panic! Any situation can be resolved.

Marina Molokova, 29 years old, trainer of group programs in the fitness center

– I am a trainer, I teach many areas, including breathing exercises – oxysize, body flex and elements of oriental movements, which are useful for us women. By the way, my work helped me get rid of 15 kilograms.

Correct breathing is such a miracle that relieves a person of extra centimeters, puffiness, tightens the face and helps to look much younger. On inhalation, we saturate the cells with oxygen, on exhalation, carbon dioxide is released, the fat cell is oxidized, all the visceral fat that envelops our internal organs is burned, due to which the volumes go away. If in the morning, waking up, I found swelling on my face, I drink a glass of warm water and connect body flex, which focuses on holding my breath. Having made a correct exhalation-inhalation, a sharp exhalation, I hold my breath. And then I massage the swollen areas on the face.

This morning, after class, a girl came up to me with the question: “Does this occupation affect me this way or am I such a balanced person myself?”

I myself have changed a lot. After all, if we begin to love ourselves, then those around us begin to notice. Each of us is a sculptor of our body, consciousness and, most importantly, our state of mind. You need to listen to yourself and your inner feelings, live in harmony, and then everything will be fine, even if there are dark streaks in life.

Anastasia Starodubtseva, 21, presenter of children’s parties, children’s stretching coach

– Three “chefs” are involved in the creation of my recipe for losing weight. The first is Mother Nature, she gave me a good metabolism. The second is my mother: she instilled the habit of a sports lifestyle. At the age of 6, my mother sent me to a children’s circus school, where I studied for 10 years. And now I study in the specialty “Circus art”. The third “chef” is myself: I stick to healthy and tasty food!

I am preparing for the final of the competition under the motto “If there is a goal, there will be a result.” The most difficult thing in preparation is to find time for all classes and master classes.

Anna Murtuzaeva, 21 years old, head of marketing department, model

– For me, in any undertaking, planning is very important: in advance, in my head and on paper, I compose an algorithm of action – this helps to monitor the progress of my result and not miss anything.

But I do not treat various diets very well and have never used them, since many of them are quite harmful and then the pounds thrown off come back again. I consider the best elixir for looking great, a healthy lifestyle and a positive attitude. After all, what could be more beautiful than a happy and smiling woman?

Elena Gileva, 33 years old, leading economist, on maternity leave

– Two months after giving birth, I began to lose weight, as I was carried away even more than immediately after the birth of the baby. I saw myself from the side in the photo – somehow I did not notice in the mirror, and I realized that something needed to be done.

Proper nutrition (but not fasting) and exercise helped me. I also regularly applied creams, did massages, douches – everything to help the stretched skin tone.

Now I am putting in order the skin of my face, as it is problematic for me. But there are no secrets – just good cosmetics. On the eve of the event, I do peeling and a mask for blackheads. And on the day of the celebration – a mask for the complexion.

Yana Riepenbein, 30 years old, teacher-choreographer

– I always try to look beautiful as much as it is given to me by nature. There has never been such a thing that I urgently needed to lose weight and put my skin in order. Wardrobe – yes! Hairstyle – yes! Because one way or another you want to change or transform. My recipe: everything should be harmonious both inside and outside. You need to be happy, loved, sincere and real. Then your body, skin, hair, nails will look beautiful, but the salon procedures will only embellish.

Workouts in the gym, sauna, beauty salons, healthy sleep, rest, nutrition – these are my beauty recipes! But external beauty will not attract attention if it is not inside.

Ilona Buslaeva, 21 years old, student

– Every girl has moments when it is necessary to put herself in order very quickly in the shortest possible time. I believe that beauty depends on health. If a girl eats healthy foods, drinks plenty of water, excludes alcohol, tobacco and fast food, then her skin is cleansed, a surge of energy is felt, the metabolism increases, and thereby the figure improves. Recipes for beauty from the inside: go to bed no later than 23.00, drink 1,5 liters of water daily, include cereals, dried fruits, nuts in the diet, do yoga in the morning and think positively.

And, of course, recipes when you need to quickly put yourself in order outside: comb your hair, make a high ponytail, apply foundation, powder your face, draw neat arrows, paint your lips with bright lipstick. Don’t forget about posture, smile and self-confidence!

Anastasia Boyko, 36 years old, chief accountant in a construction company

– To look like a million, I personally was helped by washing with mineral water in the morning and two glasses of plain water without gas before breakfast. As for everything else: I always have at least a couple of invisible pins and hairpins with me. If this is not at hand, just wet your hair, make light curls with your hands, and you are a beauty.

Wardrobe is not a problem either, I dress in a classic style. In 2015, I participated in the Mrs Globe 2015 beauty pageant, which was held in China. With Mrs. Armenia, Mrs. Crimea and Mrs. Europe we flew one plane, which was detained. We were the last to arrive. And when we arrived at the hotel, we were told that filming would start in 15 minutes. I had to get ready quickly. Made a classic tail, arrows on the eyes. And bright red lipstick saved me. From the suitcase I took out a black classic dress and – voila – I’m a beauty!

Svetlana Turovich, 38 years old, stylist

– Of course, there are times when you need to put yourself in order in a very short period of time. First of all, I can recommend a good and long sleep. Unfortunately, I myself cannot boast of this …

When I need to lose weight in a short amount of time, I just switch to water. Maximum – 21 days, but that was once. Usually two weeks are enough. And, of course, daily exercises are elementary side bends, squats, push-ups, abs and planks.

Sometimes I solve the problem with hair in 5 minutes. A high bun (tail) on the side, wrap the elastic with hair and make light waves. It looks very playful and unusual.

I believe that every girl is beautiful and unique. There are no ugly ones, there are those who do not take care of themselves. Women were lucky: even if we slept badly, were tired – fresh makeup will help hide ailments. We differ from men in that we can dye our hair, do different makeup depending on our mood. Therefore, a couple of strokes with a brush with mascara, a light blush and glossy juicy lips – and you are at your best!

Love yourself, take care of yourself, don’t be afraid to experiment with your wardrobe and makeup.

Elena Terebenina, 20 years old, student, fitness instructor

– Last year I was invited to the team for the famous sports event “Become Human”. Previously, I have never participated in activities that require willpower, perseverance, character and excellent physical fitness – for example, it was necessary to run 10 km and do endurance exercises. The goal is to reach the finish line with the whole team.

In general, the preparation for this event was difficult, tough, the team could not be let down. Daily runs at 6 am, 2 workouts a day, swimming pool – and in a week I was in shape! We performed excellently, although we did not take the prize. But they proved that willpower and perseverance can do anything! In preparation for the event, I threw off 6 kg, dried my body, and the tone in the muscles increased by 20%.

I have never gone to a beautician. I try to do hair and face treatments at home. Manicure is an integral part of personal care, but I also do it at home. I was lucky with my friends: one does a manicure, eyelashes, another a make-up artist and an eyebrow artist, a third does shugaring, and the fourth is a nutrition consultant.

Milana Nigasheva, 19 years old, student

– I needed to quickly get in shape before the final of the Miss IGUP contest. I chose a tight dress, and therefore I wanted to “dry” the body.

Firstly, I am young and everything works like a clock, the body reacts to all changes in nutrition and physical activity instantly. And, secondly, I have never had problems with being overweight, I try not to run myself. I trained every day for a week: an hour on an ellipse, abs – 50 times. Within a week I achieved the desired result.

The food was as follows. For breakfast I ate oatmeal on water, sweets and fruits until 12.00. For lunch – eggs / chicken / vegetables / soups. For dinner – 5% cottage cheese and whole grain bread. Now I switched to intuitive eating: I listen to my body and eat what I want, and when I want. Let’s see what my physical shape will be at the Queen of the Urals finals.

Karina Absattarova, 18 years old, student

– I have always been thin, but decided to go in for bodybuilding and gain weight. Then, due to the workload, the classes stopped, but the gained mass remained. I started playing football and gradually losing weight. But that was not enough. Therefore, I adhere to proper nutrition: I eat chicken, vegetables, fruits. I exclude sweets, chocolate, ketchup, mayonnaise, pasta, bread, potatoes, fatty, salty, spicy foods. I also drink green tea with honey and eat dates. If I can’t eat well, I replace my meal with dates – they are very satisfying.

I start the day with exercises and a contrast shower, and end with a jog.

Alena Solovieva, 40 years old, head of a kindergarten

– Situations for which I would urgently need to lose weight did not arise, since I have been adhering to a healthy lifestyle for many years. I eat right, regularly go to the pool and go to yoga and observe the daily routine, although this point sometimes has to be violated because of work.

In general, I always try to look dignified, since work involves communication with people. At work at the end of the day, you often need to urgently put yourself in order if a gala event is planned in the evening. I always think over the wardrobe in advance (it is often a dress made for the evening with my own hands – this is what I take), shoes and makeup, because I have to get ready on the go. A refreshing shower, a clean head and fresh makeup are a must. And most importantly – an internal mood, a psychological attitude to the positive. After all, how you feel yourself, so you are perceived.

Alina Makarova, 19 years old, student

– Once I had a stressful situation, because of which I lost 16 kg within two months. I did nothing specifically for this. I just ate less, because I didn’t feel like it – the kind of food made me sick.

Consistently twice a year during the session, I lose so much weight. Getting ready for physics, chemistry, a couple of nights of sleep deprivation and snacks, and I’m slim.

Nadezhda Belousova, 18 years old, student

– I try to keep myself in good shape always: I eat right – I eat 6 times a day, go in for sports, walk long distances, advocate natural beauty. And I am charged with positive emotions, doing my favorite hobbies. I love beading, cross stitching, performing arts, singing ditties, rap, dancing, rollerblading, skiing, cycling. Research work also inspires me. From these activities I always have a sparkle in my eyes.
