La Rioja is already in the final stretch of its particular thematic short film Oscars.
Last May the call was launched to present cinephile creations related to gastronomy and wine, to participate in the Win5 Festival, which was convened by the eno-gastronomic promotion entity of the Government of La Rioja, La Rioja Capital.
A total of 62 tapes were received from Spain and from many producing countries such as Italy, Greece, Germany, Poland, the United States, Colombia, Ecuador, South Africa and the surprising contribution of an Iranian short.

The Finalists for the International Wine and Gastronomy Contest
Of the total, a total of 5 short films have been shortlisted to compete in the celebrations of the 15th anniversary of El Rioja and the XNUMX senses, which surely embody the main idea of the contest, and their diversity will make us enjoy authentic audiovisual delicacies of wine and gastronomy .

As citizen participation is essential to guarantee the success of a film, whether it be a feature film or a short film, like the ones we are dealing with, the popular vote prize will be rewarded with an amount of 1.500 euros for the film with the most votes.
