15 delicious folk recipes for colds
If you are sick, do not rush to the therapist. At the very beginning, it is quite possible to get rid of a cold (cough, runny nose) by applying simple folk recipes. Moreover, you can prepare a healing potion from delicious ingredients.
Ingredients:
1 large black radish
2 tbsp. spoons of honey
You can grate the radish, squeeze the juice through cheesecloth, mix with honey and drink two tablespoons before meals and before bed. The second way: cut a depression in the black radish, put a spoonful of honey there. Leave it on for a few hours. Then take the resulting juice in a tablespoon. Great for coughing.

Wash the lemon, then squeeze the juice out of it. Mix the juice with lime honey, add boiled warm water. Divide the resulting mixture into portions. Take 5-7 times a day for a tablespoon.

8. Aloe with honey and cahors

Cahors wine
Do not water the aloe for several days, then cut off the lower, widest leaves, rinse them, squeeze out the juice, mix it with honey and cahors (1: 2: 3). Instead of church wine, you can take any red wine. Refrigerate the mixture for 3-4 days. You need to take 1 tbsp. l. three times a day 30 minutes before meals.
9. Milk with honey and butter
Ingredients:
1 glass of milk
1 st. a spoonful of honey
a piece of butter
Heat milk in a microwave oven or over low heat, but do not bring to a boil. Dissolve a spoonful of honey in milk, add a small piece of butter. Drink before bed.
10. Apricot kernels with raisins and honey
Ingredients:
100 g apricot kernels

Then pour the mogul into glasses, mixing carefully whipped yolks with whites (you can add a little rum). Drink on an empty stomach.
