You spend too much time sitting

Modern lifestyles and technology have changed our trades and hobbies, causing many people to sit for most of the day.

Problem : sitting for many hours to work and sitting down after the day’s work ends up spending most of our time sitting or lying down, without working our muscles. And unfortunately we will not lose weight without a minimum of physical exercise!

Remember to make the journeys that allow it on foot (stop at the previous metro station for example), take the stairs, walk during your breaks or work on a standing desk!
