What is the warranty period?

For all automatic washing machines (SMA), the manufacturer gives 12 months warranty service. The countdown is from the moment of purchase. The date of sale must be recorded in the warranty card. In the interests of the buyer – the correct filling of this document – sellers must, when writing it out to the buyer, also note the serial number of the model. The seller puts the stamp of the store and his signature on the coupon.
Kaiser equipment complies with European standards, and warranty obligations provide prompt free service.
The warranty does not apply to accessories and spare parts that are not included in the washing machine package. The manufacturer’s responsibility comes only if the user has fully complied with the operating rules – they are set out in the technical instructions.
When is the repair paid?
The manufacturer agrees to fix free of charge only breakdowns related to manufacturing errors. If the failure occurs for reasons beyond the manufacturer’s control, the repair must be paid by the owner of the CMA.
An example of situations in which the washing machine is not covered by the warranty:
- There was a power surge in the mains, as a result of which the washing machine was damaged.
- The user has accidentally or intentionally dropped, hit or otherwise damaged the machine.
- The washer was damaged during shipping.
- The user himself tried to repair the machine or entrusted it to unauthorized workshops. Any unauthorized interference – making changes in the design, breaking the seal, etc. – becomes a reason for refusal.
Where can I go for repairs?
If your washing machine is less than one year old (from the date of sale), you are eligible for free repairs and service. Unless, of course, the breakdown does not fall into cases for which free maintenance is not provided.

The manufacturer provides for the return of equipment – the goods can be returned or replaced in accordance with the law. Claims are accepted after contacting the nearest authorized service. The exchange is made on the basis of the conclusions of the service center.
