11 simple rules to help you lose weight
It is easy to adhere to these rules, and the result exceeds expectations! Three winners of the Woman’s Day competition put the principles of slimness to the test.
Three months ago, three Siberian women won a certificate in our competition for a course at the #Sekta Ideal Body School. For 9 weeks, the girls went in for sports every day and adhered to proper nutrition. Let’s find out what came of it.

What did the project give you?
The realization that I can do more than I think. I have become much more resilient physically, I feel healthier. Special thanks to the curators, trainees and everyone else who works with us – everyone comes with tremendous support, which helps to overcome oneself day after day and strive only for the best.
Result.
It took only 3,5 kg, but due to physical exertion, massage with a brush and a contrast shower, the body tightened and visually we can say that it took 8-10 kg. In centimeters, the results are as follows: chest -3 cm, waist -3 cm, hips -6 cm. I believe that this is not the limit, and I will try further to achieve the best result.
Rules that you will adhere to after the project.
- Start the morning with a glass of water to wake up all the processes in the body. As for food – from oatmeal or buckwheat without adding anything. Although sometimes, for a change, I still add nuts to my morning porridge.
- Eat a balanced diet. During these 3 months, I realized how important it is for the body to receive a sufficient amount of nutrients during the day. In the first half of the day, mainly carbohydrate foods, in the second half of the day – proteins, but do not forget about adding fats.
- Drink 8 glasses of water a day. Now it comes naturally.

What did the project give you?
Thanks to the project, sports came to my life. Joint training has never brought me such pleasure and so many wonderful hours. The project gave me the opportunity to know my body, to understand what my body needs. In addition, I met wonderful people, I am sure that our communication with the completion of the course will not end.
Result.
Chest –5 cm, waist –7 cm, hips –4 cm, shoulder circumference –2 cm, leg circumference –2 cm, abdomen –8 cm. Skin condition has changed very noticeably, it has become more elastic.
Rules that you will adhere to after the project.
- Exercise in the morning. Unfortunately, the rhythm of life does not always allow you to do an evening workout, but morning exercises are a great start to the day. It helps me wake up and fills me with energy for the whole day!
- Take a contrast shower. One of my favorite ways to keep my skin toned. Especially beautiful in the summer heat.
- Monitor portion sizes. Prior to the project, I had problems with overeating and seizing problems. Now I can say with confidence that this is in the past. And the right serving size (250 ml) helps you feel light.
- Every fifth week, avoid the consumption of animal protein (meat, eggs), thus, carry out a week of body cleansing (detox). Add more plant foods to your diet – vegetables, legumes, cereals.
- Don’t stop there. My figure is still far from perfect, but I already began to like myself much more. I will continue to work on myself. What did the project give you?
At the age of 17, I already have a lot of “dietary experience”. She was always full, and the transitional age led me to the fact that I disliked my body. Everywhere we are told that a thin body is a beautiful body. Advertising, magazines, the Internet, even shops where I can hardly find clothes for myself, because they simply don’t sew on people with uniforms! All this drove me from one extreme to another. Hunger strikes, mono diets, proper nutrition, jogging in the morning, the gym are all a waste of energy, time and health until you love your body. I was very lucky to get into the #Sekta Perfect Body School. This is not just some kind of diet and workout for 9 weeks, as it seems at first. This is the place where you learn to love and understand your body, where you will always be supported. You don’t feel awkward in training, when something is difficult, and you understand that you can do more than you think!
Result.
Weight –5 kg. Waist –5 cm. Hips –4 cm.
Rules that you will adhere to after the project.
To be more precise, there are no rules in the Ideal Body School. There are recommendations that you first try to follow, decide whether they are for you or not, and in the meantime you get used to it. Personally, I have left almost all the recommendations in my life.
- Listen to your body. “So, do you want some chocolates? Are you sure? Well, okay, let’s start with a wedge, and then we’ll see. ” I eat this slice and again ask myself: if I want, I eat, but more often than not it is enough for me.
- Eat every 2-4 hours.
- Spend time and variety in your evening workouts. I can get the same workload thanks to cleaning or a long walk along the Zaeltsovsky pine forest. The classes have generated in me a great love of movement, and I plan to enroll in a dance school for Charleston or yoga.
