The brightest and most talented girls of the city got to the final of the competition among young dancers TOP MODEL FIT & DANCE. Meet the participants and choose “Miss TOP MODEL FIT according to Woman`s Day”!

Sports in my life. I have been dancing for as long as I can remember, because I came at the age of 3 and for 12 years I have been dancing folk dances, and I really like it. I was also seriously interested in music: I went to a music school, so I had no problems with hearing either.

My original data. I came to folk dances as a child, but I will say that thanks to daily physical activity, I keep myself in shape.

How to get your body in shape. Movement is life! Exercise for at least an hour daily. You also need to pay attention to nutrition. In the modern world, we are all busy, and there is almost no time for a normal lunch, so we run to the nearest kiosk for a pie and juice. It shouldn’t be like that.

Vasilisa Zburzhinskaya, 12 years old

Sports in my life. I have been practicing ballroom dancing since I was three and a half years old. It always turned out that I danced with partners who were older than me. In the first club I danced for 4 years, but left because my partner was lazy. In the next place, I was very lucky with the coaches. After six months of working with them, I began to dance much better.

At the age of 11, with my new partner, I became the champion of Yekaterinburg in the European program. In general, I have no luck with partners – there were a lot of them. I believe that thanks to ballroom dancing, I have good plasticity and have no problems with choreography.

At the age of 9 in the pool in physical education, a synchronized swimming coach noticed me and offered to try it. I’m very good at it. Being engaged in synchronized swimming, I became physically strong, stretching improved a lot. Now the coach is putting me on a new free program (solo), and at the end of December I will perform with it at city competitions.

My original data. I came to dancing at 3,5 years old with a weight of 15 kg. I grew up, and my weight did not change very much. Now I weigh 38 kg.

How to get your body in shape. My express method of getting the body in shape: training 2 times a day, proper nutrition and adherence to the regimen.

Sports in my life. I have been dancing for 10 years, that is, since 5 years. In addition to dancing, I am engaged in fitness and yoga and one year in athletics.

My original data. I came to dancing very thin, but at the age of 10 I gained weight from 40 kg to 53 kg. I moved to another team and began to lose weight before our eyes. The figure tightened.

How to get your body in shape. Everyone knows the rule that you need to drink 2 liters of water per day. I cannot cope with this goal. So I replace this problem with fitness. I do functional training 2 times a week. And dances are obligatory 4 times a week. It’s not enough to do an hour, my classes last 2 or more hours. In addition, in the morning I do simple exercises: squats, lunges, lifting my legs in weight.

Sports in my life. I am a creative person: I am engaged in felt sewing, drawing in computer graphics, making tattoos and fond of other various creative little things. But I never danced. I love watching dance numbers, I really like this kind of self-expression, but, to be honest, I have never imagined myself as a dancer. However, I decided to participate in the Top Model Fit project and I must admit – I liked it.

My original data. Since I have not been involved in sports and choreography, I cannot say that my figure has undergone any changes.

How to get your body in shape. In general, I was naturally lucky with my figure, and the only thing I do is try not to consume starchy foods and sweets, or I do it to a minimum.

Sports in my life. In my life, dances appeared for the first time, probably, when I was about 4 years old. Throughout her dance career, I have tried many styles of dance. It all started with the choreography that my mother gave it to. I went there for a while, and I really liked it, but soon I began to realize that this was not quite what I needed. And so, having retired to simple choreography for about two years, I decided to go to gymnastics. As my coach said, I had good inclinations. By the age of six, I managed to participate in several dance competitions, which was good for me. I learned to stay on stage, learned to feel the audience. But I only had enough for a year of classes.

And when I was already older, I seriously took a great interest in modern dances and completely plunged into this sphere.

My original data. My weight was always within the normal range, but dancing, of course, has a positive effect on my figure. I had a period when for health reasons I could not do physical activity, it lasted about a year. And when I returned to sports again, the difference was obvious.

How to get your body in shape. If for some reason I do not go to training, then I arrange them at home. I just turn on my favorite music and start dancing. Here is my quick method for getting the body in shape.

Anastasia Vakhonina, 16 years old

Sports in my life. The first time my mother took me to dance at the age of three. Then I went to the ensemble, where I danced before elementary school. After that she began to engage in modern jazz. After a while I got bored and left again.

After a break, I decided to try myself in more modern dance and started doing hip-hop. Of course, I had moments when I didn’t feel like dancing at all, but now I have been training for the hip-hop team district23 for three years and I am not going to quit. In addition to dancing, I did a lot of basketball (played on the school team) and swimming.

My original data. Since I have been dancing since childhood, the initial data were the same as for an ordinary three-year-old child. I was never super thin, but I was not overweight either. Of course, dancing and other physical activities helped me stay in shape, and for this I am immensely grateful to them!

How to get your body in shape. In my opinion, in order to stay in shape, first of all, you need to eat right. Nutrition is the key to a beautiful figure. Even if you go to workout every day, but eat fast food, you will not see any beautiful body. Of course, it is difficult to achieve relief without sports, so you shouldn’t forget about it. To stay slim and fit, in addition to proper nutrition, of course, I advise you to do your daily exercises in the morning after drinking a glass of water. This will wake up your body and feel good all day long!

Sports in my life. I have been swimming since I was 5 years old. For 7 years she has achieved some success in this direction. But, unfortunately, I had to quit classes due to the fact that my figure was becoming masculine: my shoulders became wide, and my arms were pumped up.

Now I work out in the gym. I plan to sign up for dances soon, I hope there will be enough time. I think dancing is a very interesting sport: smooth movements, music – all this gives a certain mystery and grace to a girl.

My original data. Initially, I came as a very small and slender girl. They worked on me for seven years: my muscles became more clearly visible and my figure became more athletic. But I think the main acquisition is endurance, endurance. During my swimming lessons, I learned self-control and endurance, because grueling training took place almost every day.

How to get your body in shape. Now, when I train in the gym, my plans do not include achieving any success in this matter – I just keep my figure in good shape. As for a specific diet, there is none. I try to exclude fried and too salty from the diet, I also lead a healthy lifestyle.

Sports in my life. Unfortunately, I didn’t go in for dancing. I devoted my life to sports, and more specifically to swimming. I have been engaged in it since childhood, but literally that year our coach moved to St. Petersburg, and our team did not find a replacement for him. Without sports, I could not hold out for a long time and began to engage in fitness.

My original data. I was never a fat girl, I was the thinnest in my group. I came with the same thinness, and as a result of training I got at least some muscles.

How to get your body in shape. Now I also try to keep fit by doing basic exercises at home (squats, abs, etc.). I run periodically in good weather. My minimum is 6 km.

Christina Potapova, 19 years old

Sports in my life. Dancing has been my passion since childhood. I started doing them in elementary school and already at that time knew that I would always be passionate about choreography. Of course, I tried myself in different areas. As for sports, I tried basketball, athletics, gymnastics, but still returned to my dance environment.

My original data. As a child, at one point I stretched out, and the figure took on a more athletic structure due to the large amount of physical activity. Now I just keep in shape.

How to get your body in shape. An express method, which, in particular, applies to warmer weather, is jogging in the park. In winter, you can resort to dancing lessons, but if there is not enough time for them, then daily morning and evening exercises (stretching, for example). And, of course, proper nutrition. In general, I try to constantly keep myself in this rhythm, but I do not always succeed.

Varvara Zburzhinskaya, 14 years old

Sports in my life. I have been doing sports ballroom dancing for the 11th year. She joined the team when she was 4 years old. After the first lessons, I realized that this sport is for me. But, unfortunately, natural data and diligence alone cannot be dispensed with. Ballroom dancing is a pair sport. It is important to immediately find a good partner for yourself, because without him you cannot even enter the competition. With the search for a partner, things were not very good for me right away, because I was tall, thin, and the boys were not very keen on ballroom dancing.

Since the age of 11 I have also been doing synchronized swimming, which is great for me. After a week and a half of training, I have already successfully performed at city competitions, having completed the 2nd youth category.

My original data. I came to choreography already quite thin and tall. The coaches immediately noticed a good plasticity of movements, but in terms of flexibility and stretching, it was, so to speak, “wooden”. After joining synchronized swimming, I gained muscle mass, because strength is very important for synchronized swimming. And thanks to training, I do not gain excess weight. I also diligently pulled my splits and now I can boast of a good result.

How to get your body in shape. I don’t follow a special diet. The secret of a slim figure is hidden in workouts, which take place 2 times a day, proper nutrition (less fried, salt and sugar). And following the daily routine.

Sports in my life. I have gladly devoted 12 years of my life to choreography. She began to go to a dance group at the age of 6. There I was immediately noticed, because I tried very hard, pulled my socks. After the selection was invited to go to the competition in Kazakhstan – it was very unexpected at that age! I also went to a choir studio for 11 years, where I was a soloist. Singing correctly is also very hard work.

My original data. When I came to choreography, I was a thin baby, but already with good natural abilities: there was a stretch and excellent turnout. Over the years, I remained the same slim and fit, only, of course, my figure became more feminine. But I can say that thanks to the choreography, my figure has a beautiful shape.

How to get your body in shape. Since my body did not undergo any special changes, I don’t do any special exercises either. I just try to use less flour and calories.
