11 most beautiful TV presenters in Yekaterinburg: photos, details

These girls tell us how Yekaterinburg lives, and on the air they look perfect. And Woman`s Day found out the beauty life hacks of TV presenters, because daily makeup and styling spoil the skin and hair. Our heroines also talked about what they laugh at themselves in the frame and behind the scenes.

Program: Morning Express on Channel Four.

My self-care. I run a morning program, which means that twice a week my rhythm of life gets lost – I get up at five in the morning. All relatives and friends know that on the eve of the broadcast at midnight I should already be in bed, so it’s useless to call me anywhere. Lack of sleep affects the quality of the skin, so it needs to be carefully looked after. Ideally: twice a week – a face mask, once every three months – a massage course with a beautician. And in the morning I cheer myself up by rubbing my face with an ice cube.

In the morning, half an hour before breakfast, I drink a glass of water with honey, eat porridge with green tea, a sandwich with cheese and leave for makeup by 6 o’clock. To finally wake up, I stand in the fresh air for a couple of minutes. After the broadcast, I have a second breakfast somewhere in a coffee shop. At these moments, I think about the fact that some are just starting to wake up, and I have already woken up the townspeople, made them happy and charged them with good emotions. Working at the Morning Express was my dream.

After the broadcast I’m going home … to sleep. Due to the fact that I do not work in an office, I combine several activities: television, teaching acting to children and serving in the Chamber Theater; I can afford it (laughs). First of all, I definitely wash off the television makeup: of course, I want to be so beautiful for a little longer, but the layer of professional products is so thick and dense that it is better to wash than to suffer with rashes!

Hair also suffers. For us, make-up artists make beautiful hairstyles and styling for the broadcast. Therefore, in everyday life I do not use a hairdryer and an iron, and I have a professional brand of shampoo, balm and mask Redken. By the way, I’ve never dyed my hair in my life! Often during advertising shootings, stylists admit that they rarely see girls with such flowing and silky hair. Of course, it is difficult to lay them, but it is possible. But in everyday life I go with loose ones. And, if my friends see me with a haircut or styling, they understand – I’m on the air.

I’m also lucky that I don’t like candy and chocolate! Sometimes I come to visit, they immediately offer me something tasty, I refuse. Everyone starts to think that they are on a diet – but no! It’s just that since childhood I have been indifferent to sweets. But baking – yes! I especially love the cinnamon rolls.

In general, I eat little by little, in portions, like a child’s. Often in restaurants I can’t eat a portion at a time and I ask you to wrap it with me. I eat everything, but fast food is taboo. In my bag I always have some kind of fruit with me: an apple, a pear, a banana, a peach. Or drinking yogurt.

Stories in and behind the scenes … In the studio, all your time is calculated in minutes, there is absolutely no time to relax. First of all, we go to change clothes, and then – make-up and hair. And in such a hurry, I once went on the air in different earrings – in black and emerald. Just before that I put one earring in my ears – choose which one is better. I conducted half of the program as if nothing had happened until the operator asked: “Natasha, you have some strange earrings. They are different?” I felt so embarrassed because I always try to take care of myself! Fortunately, no one noticed the oversight: neither the viewers, nor the co-host Alexei Vanchenko.

Programs: “Morning Express” and “Weather Forecast” on the “Fourth Channel”

My self-care. In the mornings, especially in summer, I wash my face with ice cubes – it invigorates and tones the skin. I prefer to make ice myself, adding oils and other useful ingredients there. But sometimes I buy ready-made in stores.

In the evening I wash my face with special electric brushes, I have several of them: for peeling, for removing makeup, and there is also a massage attachment. After – I make masks. Recently, I fell in love with Korean fabrics. And also cool ones – with a steaming effect: when they come into contact with the skin, they start to heat up a little – a very interesting effect. And before going to bed, for 15-20 minutes, I put on Japanese steam masks over my eyes – they help against fatigue.

I can’t do without a cream, since we have very hard water, which constantly dries out the skin. I use Dior and Kiehls brands (perfect for my skin). Recently I ordered a popular Korean brand cream with the now popular snail slime – I did not like it.

I do manicure and pedicure regularly – the profession obliges. Hands and feet should always be well groomed.

I am active. Most often I go to the gym and the pool. But I like dancing even more – I prefer Latin American ones. No matter how physically tired I am, they help me open a second wind.

I don’t go on diets. Since I run a culinary section in the “Morning Express” program, I have to try the cooked, and in my life I like to eat deliciously. I adhere to the only rule – do not eat at night. And the rhythm of life helps me to always keep myself in shape.

I also try to smile often, with the profession it has grown into a habit. As soon as it sounds “on the air” or “we write”, the smile turns on automatically! And I’m sure that if you turn on the inner light of happiness in the shower, no creams are needed.

Stories in and behind the scenes … You can’t laugh on the air, especially on the news. I no longer remember what made me laugh a second before the “Weather Forecast” went live, but the laughter burst out, and I couldn’t say anything at all! Then the whole brigade laughed, but I was no longer up to laughter …

On the air, everything is unpredictable, sometimes the technique fails. One day my microphone suddenly stopped working, and in a split second I had to take the same one from the news presenter who was sitting next to me and put it on myself.

I am proud that as a journalist I can experience a lot for myself. For example, on the set she jumped with a parachute, flew on a paraglider and in a hot air balloon, went in for rock climbing, canoeing, equestrian sports, rode a monowheel, a longboard and took off under the canopy of a circus!

And my culinary section taught me how to cook well! And already, by the way, so many interesting recipes have accumulated that you can write a book.

My self-care. For me, the most urgent care is working with my inner world and spiritual growth. A woman’s beauty comes from within. You can smear yourself with the most expensive creams, sit on megadiet, get carried away with proper nutrition and play sports, but at the same time not look blooming, beautiful and cheerful. Therefore, the best beauty products are our thoughts and feelings.

What am I doing for this? I communicate with teachers, attend trainings and seminars in psychology. Three times over the summer I go to Arkaim – this is a place of power in the Chelyabinsk region. I got into the habit of meditating in the evenings. This year I went to Sri Lanka, where a monk taught me another meditation technique – walking. It is necessary to walk slowly and mentally be aware of each movement: “Now I raise my left leg, put it on the heel, then on the toe. Now I raise my right one … ”Monotony does not allow thinking about anything else – all attention is focused on my own body. It helps to get all the rubbish we drive around throughout the day out of our minds.

But the hardest part is learning to love. It seems so simple, and everyone knows how. Delusion. To cultivate this unconditional feeling in yourself, you need to work hard on yourself. People who develop in this direction look wonderful: their eyes glow, their face is clean, smooth without wrinkles, bruises and bags under the eyes. For three years I have been trying to follow all these rules, and the changes are felt: I began to look at the world differently, values have changed, now I have other tasks before me.

In addition to self-development, of course, I go in for sports. Three times a week (well, two is a must!) I go to the wellness club, where I have fitness and jogging. In the summer I add jogging in the park. After class I drink fruit and vegetable smoothies. I especially love the spinach with spirulina and flax seeds.

I always put cream on my face (I love Biological). I visit a beautician once every two weeks: they give me a course of cleansing, facial treatments and massage for the face contour – a very useful and effective procedure for muscle tone. A turpentine bath is good for the body, it cleanses the body and improves the functioning of blood vessels.

Stories in and behind the scenes … We record the program “Melnitsa” once every two weeks. Usually I take pictures in my own clothes, but sometimes, we negotiate with the designers. The last successful union – with the designer Anna Mamaeva – everything that she produces sits perfectly on me and looks good in the frame.

The camera increases the volume: if the dress makes you even a little fat, imagine that the camera will visually “add” more kilograms to this. Many people think that I am tall, but in fact my height is 162 cm, weight – 50 kg. Therefore, the presenter needs to be careful in choosing an outfit. For the same reason, I don’t wear tight clothes for filming.

The rule of thumb for the makeup in the shot: it should be twice as bright as in life. If you think: “Oh, good natural makeup,” then later on the screen you will be pale, as if you did not use any makeup at all. Make-up artists and make-up artists know these rules: where it is necessary to highlight, where it is necessary – they will whiten it. The main thing is to trust your master. My make-up artist and I have a mutual understanding, so sometimes I don’t look in the mirror: I got up from the chair and went to shoot.

It’s the same with the operator. If we are just starting to work with a person, first I ask you to shoot a test video where I watch how I look, how the picture is set up, etc. This allows us to avoid all incidents and awkward moments.

Programs: “The fourth estate”, “All about housing and communal services”, “Parliamentary time” on the OTV channel.

My self-care… I agree with designer Karl Lagerfeld: beauty does not require sacrifice, but money. And more time … So my departure consists of three components.

The first is health: every year I undergo medical examination, lead a healthy lifestyle, sleep at least 7 hours a day, and go to bed and get up at about the same time. Every day I try to walk, I eat right, I want to go to the wellness club 4 times a week (1 lesson – modern dance, 2 – ballet, 3 – strength training, 4 – cardio or yoga). All this helps me in maintaining my appearance, because, however much I want to paint my face, but if it is not healthy and fresh, it will not be beautiful, whatever one may say. The internal state is always reflected in the external appearance.

The second is cosmetic procedures. I visit a beautician once a week. I am not an ardent opponent of injections, but I believe that beauty should be natural. Therefore, I rely on massages that shape the contour of the face and facial treatments. Every evening I take care of the skin according to a three-step system: cleansing, toning the skin with a tonic and applying a cream (in the morning – one, in the evening – another). I am a TV presenter, which means that a thick layer of makeup is applied to my face, and this, of course, is not particularly useful. It’s the same with hair: tight styling, curls and hairspray damage your hair. Therefore, I wash them every other day, once a week I put on a mask, and once a month I go to the salon nutritional care.

The third aspect of self-care: what is now called positive thinking. The more joy and light there is in you, the more often you analyze your inner state, the better you look.

Stories in and behind the scenes … I worked as a presenter and news editor throughout my pregnancy. She went on maternity leave two days before the birth of Arisha. But our viewers did not even know that I was in a position. To do this, they specially selected vests for me, jackets fitted only on top, seated me in a chair a little lower and chose a good angle. It was the work that helped me not to corrode during this period and to be in excellent shape. And sports, of course, for all nine months. So I hardly had to change my wardrobe.

I remember how in recent months I talked to my daughter in my stomach: “My poppy, bear with me,” then exhaled and buttoned the button of my favorite jacket. And he converged! By the way, after giving birth, I returned to work two weeks later. This jacket also fit perfectly!

When I review my old broadcasts, I understand that I now look younger than 10 years ago. The reason for this is very interesting: when I became a news presenter, I was 21 years old – this is a fairly young age for TV presenters. For the sake of solidity, they visually tried to “throw” me 15 years: they cut my hair short, dyed my hair red and put on me “adult” clothes, mostly gray and brown jackets. But now I am doing my ethereal image myself and am happy with how I look in the frame!

Program: “Morning Express” on the “Fourth channel”

My self-care. One of the main conditions of care is to follow the drinking regime, at least 1,5 liters per day. Before, I even had an app on my phone through which I kept track of how much I still had left for my daily allowance. I don’t like coffee and tea at all. In general, it is more pleasant for me to use water than fruit drinks, and even more so juices – there is only sugar! In the morning on an empty stomach I drink a glass of warm water with honey. The body does not distinguish between the signals “want to drink” and “want to eat”. Therefore, if I feel hungry, first I pour myself a glass of water.

Sport is a pool. I have a small child – my son Arseniy, he is 1,8 years old. I don’t want to be separated from him, so we go to the pool together twice a week.

My daily routine is almost entirely dependent on my son: during his nap, I can do household chores – cleaning or cooking. But if we have had a restless night, I will not miss the opportunity to sleep with him.

For several years now I have been introducing healthy habits into my life, for example, I stopped loving milk chocolate. Instead, a more useful bitter. In the morning I like to have a hearty breakfast with porridge – oatmeal or buckwheat. Of course, in the evening a cake can slip through, but no more than twice a week. Usually, if I want a treat, I eat an almond. And fruits are always unlimited, even nutritious bananas.

Taking care of my face, I choose oriental cosmetics: Korean and Japanese brands. In Asian products, those components are used that are not available either in our country or in Europe. The eastern system of care is also different. How they do it here: wash off the cosmetics with micellar water or two-phase liquid, apply the cream and, happy, go to bed. In the east, more attention is paid to cleansing: first you wash your face with hydrophilic oil, then with a foam, then either a lotion (for us it is an auxiliary element, and for them it is independent due to a more thick consistency), or a cream. Of the creams, I like snails with mucus – I am already approaching that wonderful age when the anti-age effect does not hurt.

Stories in and behind the scenes … Earlier on the air I was forbidden to dye my eyelashes with mascara, because they are too long for me. It was like an eyeliner, and we have a morning transmission – the gaze should be open, cheerful, not dramatic. But now the Quartet has moved to a new studio with a different light, so this embargo has been lifted. There is another thing left: the make-up artist does not recommend me to paint my lips with bright lipstick, if my hair is loose, it turns out too defiant.

Often you have to think of something with clothes for broadcasting, not every dress or suit has a belt or pocket to attach a microphone. You have to use either additional accessories for help, or hide them under a dress in underwear. Especially inventive sound engineers advise wearing a garter on your thigh!

Program: “Main news of Yekaterinburg” on the channel “41-Domashny”.

My self-care. I am a person who does not chase brands. I select skin and hair care products through trial and error. Believe it or not, I have been looking for the perfect set for hair for more than one year. Now in my arsenal there is a “crazy” set: thick shampoo “Granny Agafia’s recipes for strengthening strength and growth”, Faberlic hair mask for deep restoration with amla oil, spray mask from Redken with argan oil. As for the face and body cream, I have been using Malavtelin for six years – a wonderful remedy: it nourishes, restores and heals wounds. I prefer natural scrubs – now I use ground coffee. It helps to remove orange peel, remove dead skin and tone the skin.

Stories in and behind the scenes … When I just got on the air of the news, the authorities decided to dress me up. They gave me in advance the amount for which I had to purchase things for filming. But it turned out not so simple. The clothes had to be not only purchased, but also coordinated. As a result, I covered all the doorsteps of the shops: I bought – rented – bought – rented … Either the color or the cut is not the same, now it shines, now it dazzles, sometimes it is dark … In general, they knew me in all the shops and looked with sympathy.

Somehow, during the broadcast, a button came off. Fortunately, she fell to her knees, and there was no noise. But a panic started in my head: “Oh, God! The audience saw it! Probably laughing. They think I’m fat !!! Ah-ah! ” But I didn’t show it, and everything went like clockwork.

There were also stories with hair. Once our permanent make-up artist was replaced by another. She did the perfect hair and makeup. I was pleasantly surprised. 10 minutes before the start of the live broadcast, I sat down in the studio, the make-up artist came to correct both of them – according to the rules, this is how it should be. But I overdid it – I made SUCH a bouffant! I could parody Alla Pugacheva. But there was nowhere to go – the broadcast began. Everyone laughed then. Even my mother called after the broadcast.

Program: “A useful evening” on the channel “41-Domashny”.

My self-care. I start the morning by wiping my face with ice cubes from a decoction of chamomile – this is great for tones, invigorates and relieves puffiness. In general, I love folk remedies: in the summer I walk in the country and everything that has grown (and everything grows for me without chemicals, in a natural way), I apply on my face.

During the course I do biorevitalization and vacuum massage to tighten the face contour. After that I forget about the beautician for two or three months. I think it’s important to moisturize your skin from the inside out. This is heavy artillery. And to maintain the effect – home care.

I must apply the evening cream two to three hours before bedtime, so that I wake up in the morning without edema. And instead of a cream, you can take vitamins “Aevit” (sold in a pharmacy, cost a penny). They even fit the area around the eyes. If it is too oily for your skin, add a couple of drops of Aevita to your evening cream.

When I came to the pharmacy for these vitamins, they suggested to me another great remedy – cocoa butter. I put it on a spoon a little and warm it in hot water – when the butter melts, I put it on my face, and after a couple of hours I remove the excess with a napkin. It moisturizes, nourishes, and smells delicious!

In nutrition, I do not limit myself. The only thing is that I don’t eat sweets, but only because I don’t like it. But I love salty! Now I decided to “unload” 10 days without salty, sour, fried and smoked – to help my body.

Every morning on an empty stomach I drink a glass of water just above body temperature. After that I do not eat for half an hour. Sometimes I add lemon juice to the glass, but gastritis and ulcers should be careful with this. Water flushes out all toxins, improves the quality of the skin and moisturizes it from the inside. So during the day I also drink at least 1,5-2 liters. In summer, when the heat is hot, of course, it is easy to drink, but in winter you have to force yourself. Therefore, I always carry a bottle of clean water in the car, and when I go to record in the studio, I take a couple of glasses with me. Water is the main guarantee of a slim figure.

Stories in and behind the scenes … On one day, I record several guests in the studio, who will be in different releases. They run every half hour, so you have to change your clothes every time. And here is some professor or other important guest, I tell him that I need to change. He is already mentally preparing for the fact that he will have to wait … and I return in two minutes in a new dress. How do I do it?

Empirically, I came to the conclusion that I began to sew dresses to order. Even if I buy something in a store, I bring it to a seamstress who reshapes the thing and sews a zipper in the back to the entire back. This allows you to quickly change clothes without damaging your hair. Then I just put on the belt to attach the microphone – and you’re done! And seven years ago, when I was just starting to broadcast “Useful Evening”, I did not know all these subtleties. Therefore, I had to change clothes for a long time, then run to the make-up artist so that he “put back” the hairstyle, attach a recording device, run back to the studio …

There are nuances with flowers in clothes for filming. For example, due to the fact that I have beige chairs, you cannot wear pastel shades. Or I somehow put on a dark green dress: in real life it looks great, but in the cell against its background I got huge bruises under my eyes. It’s all about the light: we have an evening program, so it’s muted, tuned to the face, not the clothes. Now I preliminarily bring all new outfits to the director for approval.

I have two wardrobes: work and personal. And what I wear in everyday life is fundamentally different from the outfits in “Useful Evening”. I love ripped jeans and T-shirts. When we are shooting in the studio in the kitchen, where the bottom is not visible because of the countertop, I can be in a smart dress and, for example, boots with tractor soles! I remember how at the beginning of my career, I just came to the ATN channel and in the corridor I saw the news presenter Eduard Khudyakov in a suit with a tie, and on the bottom he was wearing shorts and slippers (laughs). This is our internal television kitchen!

Program: “National Dimension” on OTV.

My self-care. I do not use creams or other skin care products. Everyone around is surprised and even scolded for this, but I think: since genetics allows, why not? I have good skin so I don’t need any foundation. On makeup, before filming, apply powder as much as possible. By the way, I only visited a beautician once … I thought, well, since everyone walks, then why shouldn’t I go, at least for a consultation. What got the bewildered glance of a specialist with the question: “What are you doing here at all?” I really hope that it will always be this way (laughs). But sometimes I scrub my skin myself if I see that it requires it. Sometimes I apply sea buckthorn or peach oil at night.

In general, I love natural ingredients: they are included in the basis of store-bought creams, so why pay extra if you can take this main ingredient and the effect will be greater?

For my figure I have dances – I love Latin American, classical ballroom! I fell in love with them when I won a dance competition among the media. And more morning runs. In the summer I run in the fresh air every day. The minimum is 5 km, and last year she set a record of 10 km.

I take care of my hair very carefully. With my job, this is required. Otherwise, due to constant styling, they will quickly become dry and brittle. I often make masks from burdock oil. Sometimes I add cinnamon and honey to it – I heat the mixture a little, put it on my hair, put on a hat on top for a greenhouse effect, and walk like this the more, the better.

Stories in and behind the scenes … For the recording, I put on a soft cornflower blue dress (and the background of my program is blue). The final picture horrified me: on the TV, I turned out to be larger than it actually is, by several sizes. And in life, the dress looked so cute! Therefore, now we pre-check every thing with a stylist for “photogenic”.

These are all the costs of the profession: what is ideal in life does not always look good in the frame. And vice versa. This is probably why people don’t recognize me on the street right away. After 15 minutes they exclaim: “Are you the same girl? And we thought you were older, taller, fuller … ”The fact is that the image of the presenter is discussed with the authorities: each has its own role, its own clothes. Due to the fact that I look young, they give me an “adult” strict hairstyle and classic make-up. Otherwise, the viewer will have a misunderstanding: how can such a young girl talk about serious things? And it is important for us that the viewer trusts.

My work wardrobe consists of dresses, jackets and suits. All colors suit me: from pastel to bright. One more thing – the legs are not visible when shooting. When I record a program, I stand on a small podium. Sometimes, the light was rebuilt in such a way that you had to take off your shoes and stand barefoot.

But with hair, things are more complicated. They are very thick: the elastic bands were torn, and the hairpins could not fix the hairstyle. Now the make-up artist easily makes my hair smooth (ponytail or bun). But we can dissolve them on holiday issues. The make-up artist at such moments says: “Let’s show the beauty!”

Program: presenter of “Glavnye novosti Yekaterinburg” on the channel “41-Domashny”.

My self-care. Somehow it didn’t work out for me with cosmetologists: I can’t find a person with whom I would have good contact. Therefore, I consider the bathhouse to be my best beautician. Fortunately, I have the opportunity to visit her once a week. Be sure to take homemade coffee grounds scrub with me. And while the coffee I drink during the work week is bad for my face, it backfires on weekends! I also have a favorite salt mint scrub and kelp. He – wow, how invigorating! In general, a bath scrub is more effective than store-bought anti-cellulite products!

Due to the fact that my spine was broken, back massages are included in the mandatory program. And I do facial massage on my own, my grandmother taught me: not just apply your favorite cream, but drive it in with tapping and pinching movements. And necessarily along the massage lines: if you act at random, you risk stretching the skin and causing premature wrinkles. You can pay special attention to the chin by patting it with the back of your hand from bottom to top. Previously, my husband laughed when he saw my evening self-massage, but now he’s used to it.

In terms of sports, I am a skier. I like it more than running around the track in the gym – it’s boring! In winter, on weekends, you can meet me with cross-country or downhill skiing. I also love and can do water sports, but with our weather you often won’t allow yourself such pleasure. Any ski is one hundred percent charge for the body: both arms and back work, and, of course, legs.

Every morning I eat oatmeal in water without salt and sugar, I add only honey. I’m so used to her that even when we visit my mother at the weekend and she cooks something delicious, I still eat my nasty oatmeal.

I can refuse, for example, fatty kebabs, but not sweet ones. Even if on a diet, I eat one buckwheat, cucumbers and lettuce all day, but I will order a dessert. Of course, I don’t think this is a healthy diet, but I can’t help myself. The main thing is to know when to stop and not overeat. Maya Plisetskaya’s favorite diet – do not eat at night – always works!

Stories in and behind the scenes … Once a make-up artist suggested that I apply red lipstick to my lips. Previously, news anchors were prohibited from doing so. But I am a brunette, and it suits me. Therefore, the producers looked and gave the go-ahead. Now red lipstick is allowed, I think this is our merit. Of course, when the emphasis is on the lips, the eyes need to be painted less brightly.

We have serious makeup for the airwaves. To prevent the skin from shining under bright light, apply a dense foundation and powder. In the summer, they additionally powder it almost every time the plot is on. With such complex makeup it is difficult to change clothes. But the girls-make-up artists taught me in such cases to put on a cape on my face, which they put on my shoulders during styling and haircuts. Then neither your makeup nor your hair will go bad.

After the broadcast, I immediately run to wash off my makeup. It is so bright that if I go home with it, they look at me on the street like a city madman. And I also don’t want my kids who meet and kiss me to eat this thick layer of makeup. Therefore, my point is skin cleansing. At work, I have a whole truckload of washers, foams, scrubs and acid peels.

In life, I hardly ever paint. My cosmetic bag consists of mascara, bb cream for an even skin tone and red lipstick. It’s no wonder that when my daughter Sasha sees me with working make-up, she says: “Mom, you are so … You are so … Like a fairy or a mummy.” She has her own ideas about beauty (laughs)!

Program: Weather forecast on the channel “41-Domashny”.

My self-care. It usually doesn’t take me long to get ready. On days off from work, I can not paint at all or use a minimum of cosmetics, and at the same time feel confident and comfortable. But on the days when I go on air on the channel, I am in full dress. Make-up and styling is done by our master.

Of course, it is important for a girl to look well-groomed, and you need to take care of yourself at any age. I have always tried to do this to the best of my ability, but in order to look good, go to cosmetic procedures and buy beautiful clothes, you need material investments. Probably, I took care of myself seriously when I moved to Yekaterinburg from Revda and started working. Then I was 21 years old.

Sport plays a big role in my life. Even when I was in school, I was crazy about athletics and spent all my free time in sections. Having matured, I wanted to be more feminine, and I preferred dancing to sports. I have been dealing with them for 8 years. Now, for toning, I visit the gym, or rather group crossfit classes. I always do in the morning before work or business.

I can’t do without manicure and pedicure. I do the rest as needed. I often collaborate with salons for advertising and, thanks to this, have already tried a lot of facial, body and hair treatments.

Women’s beauty for me, first of all, is an inner charm, femininity. Often I met very beautiful well-groomed girls, but, unfortunately, empty. There was no spark, burning eyes and charisma in them. Together with such qualities, their beauty faded.

Stories in and behind the scenes … Since I record the weather on a green background, which is called chromakey, green things of any shade are forbidden to me. White and black colors are also undesirable, as they are poorly cut and shine. As for the style of clothing, I prefer the business one.

Program: “News. Yekaterinburg “on the ATN channel.

My self-care. I like sport very much! My body is responsive to strength training, so with regular exercise, the result is not long in coming. In the near future I plan to do ballroom dancing, I want to take individual lessons. And I also dream of sitting on the twine again.

With food, everything is much worse. I am a slave to my stomach, so my proper nutrition is enough for a maximum of 3 days. I am very calm about cosmetics, both decorative and care. I don’t have dozens of jars in my bathroom, like many girls have. I’m not a fan of cosmetic novelties and don’t spend a lot of time on my “tuning” (laughs).

All I do is thoroughly cleanse my skin in the morning and in the evening, as well as after filming, because professional makeup is a huge stress on my skin. Then I apply a moisturizer. I use a scrub and a tissue mask twice a week. Once every two months – cleaning by a beautician. So far I do not do beauty injections and other professional salon procedures, but I think in a couple of years I will visit my beautician more often.
