Cake weighing 100 kg
Visitors to the New Year’s exhibition at the VertolExpo Exhibition and Convention Center were surprised by a 100-kilogram 3D snowman cake! The confectioners admitted that they spent 250 eggs, 45 kg of sugar, 28 kg of flour and 22 liters of cream on it. Nimble Rostovites, who were in time for the opening, grabbed a piece of the sugar miracle. The rest enjoyed the winter exposition of 800 non-melting snowmen from Rostov and the region.
