Long journeys are an integral part of a vacation, but it’s not easy to be in good shape after several hours of plane, train or car. Here are some tips for staying cool.
Anticipate your departure
If a long journey awaits you, consider resting first. As much as possible, avoid leaving tired, after a day’s work for example, especially if you are the driver. But this is also valid for journeys by plane or train which are also tiring.
