The holidays are a source of joy but also of stress. Between the race for gifts, seasonal fatigue and weight gain, it’s not easy to take full advantage. Here are some tips to help you do that.

Make a pretox cure

A pretox cure is an anticipated detox before excess. It consists of putting healthy foods on the menu that will have a draining effect on the body at least a week before the festivities. 

In practice, seasonal fruits and vegetables are preferred, as are whole grains. On the other hand, alcohol, sugar and fat should be avoided throughout the treatment.
