Many consider sugar to be very harmful. This is true, but it is not necessary to completely refuse sweet dishes. You can simply start using not regular sugar, but fruity, organic sweeteners. This article discusses the best sweet dishes that do not require the use of refined sugar.
10 Truffles with nuts in coconut
Take a few tablespoons of coconut flakes, half a cup of oat bran, a couple of tablespoons of honey, half a cup of cashew oil. Mix the bran, honey and oil well. From the resulting mixture, you will need to make 15 small balls. Roll the resulting truffles in shavings. To make them firm, place them in the freezer.
9. Pumpkin cocktail with almonds
Prepare a few ice cubes, half a cup of pumpkin puree, one and a half cups of almond milk (it should not be sweet), 2 tablespoons of flaxseeds, a little cinnamon and a tablespoon of maple syrup or honey. All of the above ingredients will need to be thoroughly beaten to achieve maximum uniformity.
8. Muffins with chocolate and nuts
Prepare half a cup of peanut butter, 3 tablespoons of coconut oil, some chia seeds, 3 tablespoons of good quality cocoa powder, a little honey. You will also need to take a quarter cup of dried cranberries, a third cup of almonds, the same amount of pistachios and pumpkin seeds.
Mix the peanut butter, coconut oil, honey well and microwave them. This will take half a minute. Then add chia seeds, cocoa to the mixture. Cranberries, nuts, pumpkin seeds will need to be poured into the dough. Spread the mixture into molds and remove it from freezing for half an hour.
7. Pie with almonds and apricots
Take a quarter cup of almonds, a couple of tablespoons of honey or agave nectar, a quarter cup of coconut sugar, a glass of whole grain wheat flour. Prepare also half a teaspoon of vanilla extract, the same amount of lemon juice, a few apricots, a third cup of soybean oil, half a cup of almond flour, a small amount of water, some chia seeds.
Combine coconut sugar, flour and butter (this should be the sequence). Then you will need to put chia seeds in the dough, previously soaked in a small amount of water. Mix vanilla extract, honey and lemon juice. The resulting mixture will need to be put into a mold (it should be round).
Bake the dough for about 10 minutes. Remove it from the oven, add the apricots and the sweet mixture. After that, the cake will need to be baked for another quarter of an hour. Take it out of the oven, add chopped almonds and bake again until golden brown.
6. Truffles with ginger and orange peel
Prepare a teaspoon of coconut oil, the same amount of orange peel, ground ginger, a couple of glasses of dark chocolate and the same number of dates. Also take a tablespoon of orange juice, a couple of tablespoons of molasses, a quarter teaspoon of vanilla extract, a third cup of almonds and half a teaspoon of cinnamon.
Remove the pits from the dates. After that, the dates will need to be crushed with molasses, orange juice and zest, cinnamon, vanilla extract, almonds and ginger. Leave the mass to cool for half an hour. After that, small balls will need to be made from it (there should be about 30 of them). Cool them again, then grate over the dark chocolate. It will need to be melted with coconut oil. Dip the truffles in this chocolate mixture and place them on parchment paper to dry.
Take half a cup of honey, a little more than a teaspoon of ground cinnamon, the same amount of baking powder, three-quarters of a cup of oatmeal and the same amount of whole grain wheat flour. You will also need to prepare a small amount of vanilla extract, one egg, a quarter cup of dried cranberries, the same amount of pistachios, a little coconut oil and sea salt.
Combine liquid ingredients in one bowl, dry ingredients in another (except cranberries and pistachios). Then combine them with each other and beat using a blender. Add cranberries and pistachios to the resulting mass (they will need to be cut beforehand). Divide the dough into many small pieces, make the cookies round. This dessert will need to be baked for a quarter of an hour.
4. peach pie
Prepare some sea salt, a tablespoon of chia seeds, the same amount of lime juice, agave nectar, avocado (one will be enough), a few peaches, a glass of coconut flakes. Also take a few mint leaves, a quarter cup of yogurt (it should be unsweetened), up to 20 pieces of prunes or dates, three-quarters of a cup of pecans.
Grind pecans and coconut flakes, add prunes or dates to them. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. To achieve maximum plasticity of the dough, put dried fruits in it. Place the resulting mixture in a fairly large container and let it cool for 30 minutes. Mix the remaining ingredients to make the filling. Spread it on the cooled dough, then put the cake in the freezer for 120 minutes. Then it will need to be covered with a film of polyethylene.
