1. Banana and coconut ice cream

Ingredients:

2 bananas, 200 g cream cheese, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon coconut shavings

Preparation:

  1. Mix the cheese, banana and honey until smooth. Add coconut flakes.
  2. Put the cheese mass into prepared containers. Layer ice cream sticks.
  3. Put the containers in the freezer for min. Three hours.

2. Strawberry-banana ice cream

Ingredients:

1 banana, 1 cup of strawberries, ½ cup of natural yogurt, 3-4 leaves of fresh spinach or lettuce, Cinnamon, Stevia, xylitol, or honey to taste

Preparation:

  1. Blend all ingredients together.
  2. Put the mass into small containers, e.g. cups, put sticks in them. Freeze.

3. Ice cream with coconut water

Ingredients:

1 glass of coconut water (you can also use lemonade), 1 glass of berries, e.g. currants, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, Stevia, xylitol or honey to taste

Preparation:

  1. Put fruit in ice cream containers. For strawberries, cut them into pieces.
  2. Pour coconut water mixed with stevia, xylitol or honey.
  3. Put in the freezer. 
  4. After about an hour, when the water has cooled down, you can put the sticks into the ice cream. 
  5. Continue freezing.

4. Milk ice cream without milk

Ingredients:

1 cup of cashews, 1 and 1/3 cup of almond or soy milk, a pinch of salt, vanilla, stevia, xylitol or honey to taste

Preparation:

  1. Pour the cashews with water and leave them for about 4 hours.
  2. Drain and put into a blender. Mix until smooth with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Stir every now and then while freezing. 
  4. Take out 15-20 minutes before serving to soften them a bit.

5. Avocado yoghurt ice cream

Ingredients:

1 large, soft avocado, 400 g of natural yoghurt, ½ glass of milk, a pinch of salt, vanilla, stevia, xylitol or honey to taste

Preparation:

  1. Remove the flesh from the avocado.
  2. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  3. Stir every now and then while freezing. 

6. Watermelon and mint ice cream

Ingredients:

2 cups of frozen watermelon flesh, a few mint leaves, Stevia, xylitol or honey to taste

Preparation:

  1. Remove the watermelon from the freezer 15-20 minutes before being prepared, to soften it.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Put the mass into cups and serve.

7. Banana and nut ice cream

Ingredients:

1 frozen banana (only the pulp), 3 tablespoons of milk, 1 tablespoon of walnuts

Preparation:

  1. Banana mix with milk. Transfer to cups.
  2. Chop the nuts. Sprinkle the ice cream on top.

8. Strawberry ice cream with coconut milk

Ingredients:

1 kg of frozen strawberries, 1 can of coconut milk, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, Stevia, xylitol or honey to taste

Preparation:

  1. Take the strawberries out of the freezer a moment earlier.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Put in the freezer. Stir every 30 minutes to get rid of ice crystals.

9. Very fruity ice cream

Ingredients:

2 frozen bananas (pulp only), 1 cup of frozen strawberries, 1 cup of frozen blueberries, 1 cup of frozen raspberries, ½ cup of milk, Stevia, xylitol or honey to taste

Preparation:

  1. Take out frozen fruit a little before cooking.
  2. Mix all ingredients together until smooth.

10. Vegetable ice cream

Ingredients:

1 cup milk, 1 cup frozen spinach or kale, 1 tablespoon honey, 2 frozen bananas, 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation:

  1. Blend all ingredients together.
  2. Put in the freezer.
  3. Take out the moments before serving to soften.
