Our advice. Do not go hungry when you are hungry, you may consume more calories than your body needs. Cut portions in half. Nutritionists advise to eat as much as fits in the palm of your hand. Arrange a fasting day after “grandmother’s pies”, easily digestible food is suitable for this: kefir, buckwheat, mineral water without gas … And forget your grandmother’s postulates: “Eat for your mother, for your father, for your uncle.” Eat for yourself only!
