10 Linda

Despite the resounding success and popularity of the group, in 2002 Surganova decided to leave the team and take up solo activities. The reason for this was Svetlana’s desire to continue looking for new forms of expression of creativity, and “Night Snipers” were “sharpened” for the classic rock style and the rest of the group did not want to change anything in the musical style of the band.
After leaving the group, Svetlana created her own collective “Surganova and Orchestra”, where she had the opportunity to experiment with the musical orientation of the compositions.
7. Nastya Poleva
In 1981, as a student at the Sverdlovsk Institute of Architecture, Nastya took the stage as the vocalist of the hard rock band Trek. Two years later, the group broke up and the girl began to perform solo.
In 1985, Anastasia joined the legendary “Nautilus Pompilius”. A year later, she performed at the Sverdlovsk Rock Festival with her own program, created mainly on the basis of the poetry of Ilya Kormiltsev. Her new group was called “Nastya”.
6. Helavisa
Helavisa’s creative activity began in her student years. At that time, she took on the creative pseudonym “Heledis”. The performer sang author’s songs and performed compositions based on poems by Gumilyov, Kipling and Burns.
In 1998, Natalia first appeared on stage under a new name – Helavisa. This happened just at the moment when the girl began to collaborate with the Till Ulenspiegel musical group.
A year later, on the basis of the collapsed “Til Ulenspiegel”, a new group appeared, which was called the “Mill”. Four years later, the group released their debut album “Road of Sleep”, which included the songs “Highlander”, “Lord Gregory”, “To the North” and other tracks performed by Helavisa.
Currently, “Melnitsa” is considered one of the most famous rock bands performing songs in the folk style.
5. Yanka Dyagileva
Yanka Dyagileva is a Soviet rock singer, author of her own songs, a member of such popular musical groups at that time as Civil Defense, Great October, etc.
This girl lived a very short life, but thanks to her rich creative activity, she was able to become one of the brightest representatives of the underground of the late 1980s and forever write her name in the history of the national rock movement.
At the very beginning of her creative biography, the girl began to give apartment concerts, she performed her own compositions. Thanks to her originality, Janka quickly became popular in her musical environment. At this time, her unauthorized albums began to appear.
During her lifetime, the singer was practically not mentioned in the official media. She did not like to give interviews, and also refused Melodiya’s offer to release a disc. Diaghileva never aspired to all-Union fame, so she did nothing to “promote her name and songs.
The girl died in 1991. The official conclusion of the investigation – drowning, which occurred as a result of an accident.
