The authoritative resource Rotten Tomatoes has identified the 10 best cartoons in the history of cinema. The selection, of course, turned out to be quite narrow – the list contains only American and Japanese animated films.
Although this rating lacks some domestic animated films that can deservedly be called masterpieces of animation art, this selection is still worth your attention. Just keep in mind that each of the above paintings has a different age limit.
