My motivation is to strive to win and be the best. I do not think that I have perfect results, there is no limit to perfection. But if you set a goal and not just wait for a miracle, but take steps towards it, then everything will work out. The main thing is to start. Athletes have a tough regimen of training, nutrition and sleep … only then can you become a champion. I decided to participate in competitions because I wanted to test what I was capable of. For me, the main thing is victory, not participation.

Evgeniya Duryagina, 23 years old, fitness instructor, quality engineer-economist

I was mobile from childhood, I danced for 11 years, studied in a sports class, won prizes in athletics, and when I came to Yaroslavl to study as an engineer, I got bored. I decided to look for something interesting for myself and came across a coach vacancy. In order to become one, I went to Moscow, finished courses. Achieving love of the result is not so difficult, three points are important: to understand what you really want; proper nutrition; quality workouts. The first results can already be assessed after a month of training and proper nutrition, but the most important thing is not to stop and not give up, because we are the designers of our body. Preparing for a competition is very difficult. You need to train 6 times a week, eat right all the time, but all these efforts cover the state of being on stage, this is such an emotional uplift – just beyond words!

Olesya Trifonova, 24 years old, personal trainer

My motivator is my grandmother! She was engaged in athletics and was a three-time world champion. My parents thought that this sport would not suit me, and they sent me first to rhythmic gymnastics, then there was choreography, and then I began to get involved in fitness. It takes a lot of work to get results. You need discipline … discipline in everything! There is nothing harsh in the regime, of course, but there are difficult moments, more psychologically, but I try to remove negative thoughts and think positively. After all, no one forces me, I do everything for myself and for pleasure.

Natalia Yablonskaya, 26 years old, advertising specialist

I went to a bodybuilding competition in 2015 and was inspired. I had a dream, a goal – to become a participant in the 2016 competition! A qualified coach, discipline, work on weaknesses, self-confidence – and the results will appear in a month. The main thing is to devote to sports every day, observe the diet, love yourself and look for like-minded people. Competition is hard work and a struggle with yourself!

And a strict regimen: nutrition – training – rest, that is, sleep – recovery. And so every day. Those close to me supported me, but worried.

I wanted to keep a good figure in order to please myself and others, and then I wanted to do what many cannot. In order to achieve results, you need a plan of action, discipline and desire, perhaps even fanaticism, as well as a goal and awareness of actions, and, of course, a good mentor. I am very often asked how long it takes to see the first results. For me, the result is what comes out in the end, this is the goal achieved! But if we are talking about a person who came to the gym and weighed 100 kg, for example, then for him a plumb line of 10 kg in 5-6 weeks will be the first result, and he will be happy.

I have always been motivated by the desire to make my body better, a kind of perfectionism. You need to set clear goals for yourself and move towards them. And enjoy the process itself. You need a lot of training to be successful. And the support of loved ones is necessary: ​​they support me and are proud of me! And this is important!

Tatiana Pevneva, 26 years old, athlete, coach

The motivation was the desire to learn how to fight beautifully and have a beautiful body. Perseverance and hard work are the main secret of success. Each one individually (genetics has an important role), but after six months, changes in the figure will definitely be visible. I am a performing athlete, of course, this is a special different regime: intensive training and nutrition. I am engaged in a rather tough sport – Thai boxing, and at the moment, mixed martial arts. The main thing is that my relatives are no longer against my training.

Alena Korneva, 33 years old, economist-accountant by profession

As far as I can remember, I have always been doing something: fitness, dancing, martial arts. But she began to study more seriously at the age of 18, after meeting her future husband. My motivation is my family, I have to keep myself in good physical shape and be an example for my children, I have two of them. To achieve results, you need to exercise three times a week and follow proper nutrition. The first results, if you follow the trainer’s recommendations, become visible after a month of training. I train 3 to 5 times a week, it all depends on whether the competition period or not.

Since childhood, I loved sports and dancing, later it became my profession. If you follow a rational balanced diet, regular training, regimen and discipline, then the result will not take long. For competition, you need to dry to have a good shape, but for life, drying is not needed.

2013 was for me the revolution of my whole life. Having decided to change my profession and change my life, I went to study to be a fitness instructor. That’s when I realized that fitness is my way of life! So that the result is not long in coming, you need a selected program, visit the gym at least 3 times a week and proper nutrition. If you follow everything, then the first results will be noticeable very soon. As a rule, it will take 2-3 months for a visible result. To prepare for the competition, a certain diet is observed and 2 times more intense training is carried out. Support is also important. My loved ones even changed their views on nutrition, and some also began to study!
