There are more and more allergy sufferers every year. Immunity forms a specific reaction to certain foods, and because of this, urticaria, swelling can begin, it becomes difficult to breathe, and in especially severe cases, anaphylactic shock occurs. Due to such a shock, a girl recently died on her own wedding day – she ate a candy, in the filling of which there were not even nuts, but their trace remains. This was enough to develop shock, the bride was not saved.  

In addition to nuts, the most allergenic foods include chocolate, seafood, grapes, eggs, milk and some others. The method of cooking is also important: bake, steam or boil optimally. Frying, especially deep-fried, already makes the product unsafe. What then can you eat completely fearlessly? We have compiled a list of foods to which allergies are extremely rare, if not at all.

Apples and pears

By themselves, these fruits are not allergens. But a reaction can occur if you are allergic to pollen or the trees were treated with some vigorous chemical, for example, an insecticide. Precisely because apples and pears are fruits with a low allergenic hazard, they are recommended for the first feeding of babies – in the form of mashed potatoes or even baked. But bananas and plums, which are also considered very suitable for the first acquaintance of children with fruits, can cause allergies. Therefore, you should be careful with them.

Cruciferous vegetables

First of all, these are all types of cabbage: cauliflower, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, ordinary. Cabbage helps to eliminate toxins from the body, reduces inflammation in the intestines. It is also a valuable source of calcium, fiber and other nutrients. By the way, Jessica Simpson assures that after the third birth she managed to lose 45 kg thanks to cabbage. Kinoa

A trendy superfood, however, really healthy. It is a hypoallergenic pseudo-grain that does not contain gluten, and therefore it can be used even by those who suffer from wheat and dairy intolerances. In addition, quinoa contains a lot of protein, so this product partially compensates for the lack of milk in the diet. In addition to protein, quinoa contains 12 essential amino acids and is high in fiber, phosphorus, magnesium and iron.

Rice and rice milk

A fitness trainer will not advise you on rice, as this cereal contains a lot of carbohydrates. It is eaten when trying to build muscle mass and you need a lot of calories. But from the point of view of allergies, it is a perfect food. Rice allergy is very rare, and its causes are still unclear: maybe too much of this cereal in the diet, maybe a genetic predisposition.

Meat

Everything is complicated with him. Chicken and turkey are theoretically hypoallergenic if raised on organic feed. That is, the usual homemade chicken. However, the store is also suitable if the chicken meat manufacturer was not fond of chemical additives to feed. Moreover, it is better to choose white meat – breast. In addition, one of the most hypoallergenic meats is lamb. Lambs are not fed with legumes, grains, or milk, so their meat will not cause allergies.

Sweet potato

Or sweet potatoes. Even ordinary potatoes can cause allergies, although they are included in the list of foods allowed by the universal hypoallergenic diet. But only if it was treated with chemicals, they cause intolerance in many. For example, the mouth may itch, which is very unpleasant. But sweet potatoes are usually not treated with anything, by itself it does not cause allergies, therefore it is safe. But quite expensive.

Vegetable oil

Olive and sunflower oils are allowed for everyone. You can stew on them, season salads with them. But you do not need to fry – simply because fried food is worse tolerated by the body. But one must be careful: sometimes there is a food intolerance to sunflower oil. This is a slightly different reaction, not immune in nature.

Vegetarian soups

The fact is that proteins are most often caused by allergies. During heat treatment, they partially decompose, and the proteins contained in plant foods are less resistant to temperatures. Therefore, everyone can eat vegetable soups. Unless you should avoid brightly colored vegetables in the recipe – tomatoes, for example, red peppers, beets and carrots.
