And one of the factors is food. Here are some foods that ruin your chances of a happy love life.

Beetroot

An absolutely healthy vegetable, recognized as a superfood all over the world. But, as always, there is some “but”. Beets have the ability to maintain healthy levels of estrogen in the body. If a person has a tendency to hormonal imbalances or the balance is already disturbed, frequent consumption of beets will disturb it even more. Flour
