An even complexion, smooth skin is a sign of not only beauty, but also health. What you need to include in your diet to always look perfect.

No matter how beautiful a girl is, she wants to be even better. Specialists, cosmetics, spa procedures help her in this, but do not forget that problems begin from the inside, so you need to carefully monitor your diet.

What must be eaten in order to feel cheerful and beautiful, and what is better to forget about?

Look at yourself in the mirror. If you notice puffiness, gray complexion, rashes, dry painful skin, then it’s time to get down to business, or rather, for the face, because these signs clearly testify against you, saying that it is time to change your lifestyle along with the rules of nutrition.

Of course, you need to sleep at least 8 hours a day, spend more time outdoors, drink at least 2 liters of clean water a day and enjoy life all the time. But this is not the only thing that matters.

You urgently need to balance your diet and add products, with regular use of which youthfulness, natural, healthy color will return to the skin and a blush will appear:

  • kiwi and lemon perfectly remove toxins from the body, thanks to which the skin becomes clean and its natural colors return to it;

  • buckwheat, rich in routine and unsaturated fatty acids, is a product of youth that guards the appearance of early wrinkles;

  • Sometimes you can indulge yourself with papaya desserts, which contain ascorbic acid, carotene and bioflavonoids. All these vitamins will help your skin stay fresh for a long time without any signs of overwork;

  • make it a rule to eat a small amount of wheat germ for breakfast. This is just a miracle cure that renews the cells of the entire body. They go well with yogurt, cereals and as one of the ingredients in smoothies;

  • you should not ignore ginger, it is an excellent anti-inflammatory “medicine”: it removes swelling from the skin, redness and even helps in the fight against psoriasis. It doesn’t matter in what form you prefer ginger, it will cope with its task both with the help of warm ginger tea and as a salad dressing;

  • be sure to use fermented milk products, they help to maintain a healthy complexion for a long time, and all thanks to bifidobacteria, which are responsible for the functioning of the immune system and the gastrointestinal tract. The assortment of sour milk is diverse, so it is easy to find a product to your liking. Season fruit salad with yoghurt or vegetable kefir;

  • Have you noticed that your skin is increasingly flaking and feels more rough than usual? Then you urgently go to the fish store for sea fish, which should be eaten at least 3 times a week, for example, on Monday – salmon, on Wednesday – herring, on Friday – mackerel. A lot – not a little, because vitamin D stimulates regeneration processes;

  • porridge can be eaten not only in the morning, but also in the evening, for example, oatmeal or brown rice.

  • and, of course, unrefined, cold-pressed vegetable oils. Why? Because they have a lot, a lot of youthful vitamin E.

But tea, coffee and white flour pastries are best removed from the diet. These caffeine-rich drinks cause dehydration, and the white, soft, flavored bread interferes with food absorption by sticking to the intestinal walls like putty.
