Eating too much fruit
Fruits are good for health and recommended to the tune of 5 per day with vegetables. However, they contain fructose, a natural sugar which, if consumed in too much quantity, can make you fat. So choose fruits that are not very sweet, such as raspberries, strawberries, watermelon, melon or even citrus fruits. Avoid bananas and cherries.
