Put the resulting souffle into the mold — directly on the cookie cake. Put the dessert in the refrigerator until the cheese and cream layer solidifies, and then decorate the cake to your liking. Add 1.5 tablespoons of sugar and a couple of drops of vanilla extract, and then pour in half of the gelatin mass and mix well. Fill two-thirds of glasses or cream glasses with cream, and then put them in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Mix the remaining gelatin mixture with orange juice and 0.5 tbsp sugar. As soon as the creamy base in the glasses becomes dense and elastic, pour the orange juice on it and put it back in the cold.
