How to make

  1. Sparkling wine – 90 ml

  2. Gin – 15 ml

  3. Lemon juice – 15 ml

  4. Sugar syrup with rosemary flavor – 15 ml

How to make

  1. Pour all liquid ingredients, except sparkling, into a shaker and shake well.

Ingredients

  1. Water – 240 ml

  2. Powdered Sugar – 60 g

  3. Gin – 150 ml

  4. Tonic – 500 ml

  5. Cucumber juice – 80 ml

How to make

  1. Combine sugar and water in a medium saucepan and heat over medium heat until bubbly, stirring the contents of the saucepan until the sugar has melted. As soon as bubbles appear, reduce the heat and hold for another 5 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat and set aside to cool.

  2. After cooling, place in a medium baking dish and add gin, tonic and cucumber juice.

  3. Place the mold in the freezer and beat the frozen ice crystals with a fork every hour for at least 4 hours.
