blue coconut

Ingredients
Pineapple juice – 240 ml
Blue Curacao – 120 ml
Vodka – 120 ml
Coconut cream – 120 ml

How to make
With a small amount of coconut cream and coconut flakes, garnish the glasses. To do this, pour the liquid onto a plate and pour in the shavings, then slide the rims of the glasses over the plate so that the shredded coconut sticks to the rims.
Now pour all the ingredients + a cup of ice cubes into a blender and blend at maximum speed until smooth.
Carefully pour the contents of the blender into the prepared glasses. Ready!
Red Queen
Ingredients
Cranberry juice – 100 ml
Gin – 80 ml
Elderflower liqueur – 40 ml
Juice of half a lemon
Fresh cranberries and skewer for garnish
How to make
Pour all ingredients except fresh cranberries into a shaker filled with ice. Shake until frost appears on the shaker – about 30 seconds.
Pour into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a fresh cranberry on a skewer.
Cream beer
Ingredients
crushed ice
Spiced rum – 60 ml
Dark beer – 180 ml
Baileys – to taste from 30 to 60 ml
How to make
Fill a glass with crushed ice and pour over the rum and beer, then stir with a bar spoon.
Top up with Baileys and stir again. Ready!
Absinthe cooler with cucumber
Ingredients
Absinthe – 15 ml
Dry gin – 20 ml
6 slices of cucumber
Soda – 30 ml
Lime juice (fresh) – 15 ml
Sugar syrup – 15 ml
Some salt
A little bit of black pepper
Garnish with a slice of cucumber
How to make
Pour all liquids into a shaker.
Add cucumber slices and muddle them in a shaker.
Shake everything well.
Pour through a strainer and sieve into a glass filled with ice.
Add soda and stir.
You can add some salt and pepper to the cocktail, but this is optional. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
Frozen 20th century
Ingredients
Dark rum – 15 ml
Aperitif Lillet – 15 ml
Cocoa liqueur – 30 ml
Lemon juice – 30 ml
Ice – 1 cup of goblet
How to make
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Transfer the resulting mixture to a goblet glass and garnish with a slice of lemon and a straw.

Ingredients
Sparkling wine – 120 ml
Aperitif Lillet – 15 ml
Cointreau – 15 ml

Pour all liquid ingredients, except sparkling, into a shaker and shake well.
Pour through a strainer into a flute or goblet glass and top up with sparkling wine.
Stir with a bar spoon and garnish with a lemon wedge.
Rosemary French 75
Ingredients
Sparkling wine – 90 ml
Gin – 15 ml
Lemon juice – 15 ml
Sugar syrup with rosemary flavor – 15 ml

How to make
Pour all liquid ingredients, except sparkling, into a shaker and shake well.
Pour through a strainer into a flute glass, top up with sparkling wine and stir with a bar spoon.
Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig.
Granita gin tonic
Ingredients
Water – 240 ml
Powdered Sugar – 60 g
Gin – 150 ml
Tonic – 500 ml
Cucumber juice – 80 ml
How to make
Combine sugar and water in a medium saucepan and heat over medium heat until bubbly, stirring the contents of the saucepan until the sugar has melted. As soon as bubbles appear, reduce the heat and hold for another 5 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat and set aside to cool.
After cooling, place in a medium baking dish and add gin, tonic and cucumber juice.
Place the mold in the freezer and beat the frozen ice crystals with a fork every hour for at least 4 hours.
This time is not exact and you need to monitor what happens in the freezer. The cocktail is ready to serve when all the contents have turned into small crystals.
Decorate with fresh cucumber in any shape.
Chocolate White Russian
Ingredients
Vodka – 60 ml
Kahlua – 30 ml
Cream 20-30% – 60 ml
Chocolate syrup – 15 ml
Ice
How to make
Fill a rocks glass with ice.
Pour in chocolate syrup, vodka, Kahlua and cream. Stir with a bar spoon.
Serve with a piece of chocolate.
Irish flag
Ingredients
Mint liqueur – 1 part
Baileys – 1 part
Grand Marnier liqueur – 1 part
How to make
In a shot glass, carefully layer the mint liqueur, Baileys and Grand Marnier.
To make the layers perfect, it is better to use a bar spoon, but any flat surface on which you can carefully drain the alcohol will work, for example: the back of a teaspoon, a knife.
