These ingredients can be found, among others in: milk and its products, eggs, fruit, vegetables, nuts, yeast, groats, liver, fish, poultry, red meat.

The cause of hair loss may be anemia caused by iron deficiency, in order to exclude it, it is worth doing a blood test. Hair also falls out when our body is deficient in zinc. In order to supply the body with zinc, it is worth supplementing the diet with fish, poultry, lean meat, groats and whole wheat bread. In contrast, products that contain a lot of iron are: liver, green vegetables, wheat bread.

Androgenetic alopecia occurs in both men and women. However, it affects men more often and is genetically determined. This type of alopecia is hormonal and is caused by the androgen hormone dihydrotestosterone, which acts on the hair follicles. This alopecia is characterized by hair loss in the frontal angles (men) and on the top of the head (women).
