I prefer the principle “right off the bat” – short strict diets, with many restrictions.
My principle is “slowly. but true. ” I lose weight for a long time, gradually, in small steps, moving towards an ideal figure. I believe that there is never a lasting result from short and fast diets – excess weight always comes back.
I never use diet as a way to lose weight at all.
