American blueberry available and now also known in Poland is actually a cousin of our forest blueberry. Interestingly, and worth mentioning is the fact that the largest blueberry plantations in Europe are located in our country. It is a difficult plant to cultivate, but it gives very tasty fruits that are popular all over the world. In the kitchen, blueberries are used in many ways, and the fruit itself has irreplaceable health-promoting properties.
