Beauty requires sacrifice? I think no. For example, I am on a diet: I do not eat sweets, flour, meat, fast food, chips, etc. But this is not a sacrifice, but one of the points of a healthy lifestyle. As they say, the choice is yours.

Life motto? Do not worry about trifles, especially if you are unable to change anything. Always be positive and bring happiness to people!

Be confident in yourself – this is not to feel envy even to those who are better, more beautiful and more successful than you, but to sincerely rejoice for him and be equal to such people!

Read useful but possibly boring literature instead of watching your favorite TV show. And to give up harmful sweets – certainly not everyone is ready. You need to keep yourself in good shape, not only externally, but internally.

Life motto? Pleasure is in everything!

Being confident is do not worry about trifles and easily make contact with new people. I like myself different – with and without makeup, on high heels and in pajamas.

Beauty requires sacrifice? If it is already starting to fade, yes. I’m not particularly worried yet. A minimum of cosmetics, exercise in the morning and approximately proper nutrition. I deny myself a little. I practically do not eat flour, rarely fried. Eggs, cereals, turkey breast, vegetables, fruits are my usual menu. At the same time, I can easily eat a burger or a dozen wings.

Life motto? Live for today, do not look into the past and do not look into the future!

Beauty requires sacrifice? Undoubtedly! I periodically go in for sports in the gym, basic exercises for the back, legs and buttocks. I do makeup and styling every day. On average, it takes me an hour and a half to create beauty, and to look my best, three hours. Therefore, the main problem is time.

Life motto? I will achieve everything I want, otherwise I am not me!

A smile and inner light will make you truly beautiful. I can’t imagine life without sports, I’ve been going to fitness for three years.

Every year my faith in myself only grows stronger. I know that it is impossible to always be ahead of everyone, and I do not try on someone else’s life. I compare myself only with that Marina, which I was a year, two, three years ago.

You need to take good care of your appearance, love your body, work on yourself. But in no case should you exhaust yourself with diets, workouts, chasing fashionable advice. There must be a balance between fanaticism and indifference towards yourself. I try to find it!

Life motto? As Socrates said, external beauty must correspond to internal beauty. This is the rule that I follow in my life.

Being confident is go ahead to your goal, no matter how difficult it is. The goal (aka a dream) is, first of all, a happy family and children. Plans – shooting a second film, publishing a second book of his own.

Beauty requires sacrifice? Beauty requires attention, time, care, and therefore a decent life support. Therefore, beautiful girls often have big demands and ambitions, and this is an inevitable fact. It is difficult to be beautiful, but at the same time it is pleasant. I always do morning exercises, visit beauty salons, spa treatments, use classic remedies such as milk and honey. I don’t eat sweets, I don’t eat before bed, I only eat healthy foods. I love poetry, especially Yesenin and Akhmatova, oriental dances, swimming, travel.

Life motto? Desires give rise to opportunities, and reluctance – causes.

Beauty requires sacrifice? It is naive to believe that the data given to us by our parents and nature from birth will be preserved. In order to become prettier with age, it is necessary to work with love for yourself and work on yourself. Regular fitness, yoga and Pilates exercises, plus selectivity and moderation in food, help me to be in great shape. For face care I use high-quality hygienic cosmetics, I visit a beautician. For special occasions I use the services of professional makeup artists.
