Warranty repair conditions

All automatic washing machines (SMA) manufactured at the Hover Group enterprises are subject to one year warranty. Warranty repairs are carried out by special service centers that have the appropriate authorization from the manufacturer.

Conditions under which you can get free service:

  1. The owner of the SMA must comply with the rules of operation – all of them are set out in the technical instructions attached to each model sold. If the authorized service masters come to the conclusion that the manufacturer is not to blame for the breakdown that has occurred, then the owner of the machine will have to pay for repairs.
  2. It is necessary to provide the service center with correctly completed documents certifying the fact and date of sale of the goods.

If the date of sale is not indicated in the coupon, the warranty period will be counted from the date of manufacture.

When buying a washing machine, check that the coupon (certificate) is filled in correctly. It must indicate the date of sale, the CMA model and its serial number. The seller is obliged to sign and seal the selling organization.

If there are errors, corrections or inconsistencies in the coupon, then it becomes invalid.

When does the warranty not apply?

Free repair of SMA is carried out within a year – if the fault of the manufacturer is seen in the breakdown. There are a lot of malfunctions that occur through no fault of the manufacturer – in these cases, the repair is paid.

Reasons for failure to repair:

  • Transportation in violation of the rules.
  • Improper storage and operation.
  • Incorrect connection to the water or electricity supply. As well as the discrepancy between the voltage and water pressure to state standards and the parameters provided for by the instructions.
  • Careless operation. Damage caused to the device accidentally or intentionally.
  • Using the device for purposes other than those intended. For example, as a professional equipment.
  • The device has traces of unauthorized exposure.
  • There are changes in the design that are not provided by the manufacturer. Or non-original parts have been used.
  • There is damage due to natural disasters – fires, floods, etc.
  • The machine has malfunctioned due to the use of consumables or detergents that are not suitable for it. For example, powders with excessive foaming.
  • An object, corrosive substance, insects, etc. got inside the device.
  • The product does not have a serial number or it is not fully legible.
  • The manufacturer is not responsible for damage caused by the negligence of the user.

The manufacturer also recommends that the installation, connection of the device and its post-warranty service be trusted by workshops authorized by Kandy.
