Zodiac food: how to eat Gemini
 

We started the “Food by the Zodiac” project to share the astrologers’ view of the nutrition of people depending on their zodiac sign. Indeed, the choice of a dish is often influenced by the zodiac sign – it determines the character of a person, his behavioral characteristics and even taste preferences. 

Gemini is one of those signs that Great Cooking can be offended. After all, Gemini are not picky about food at all and often, carried away by their next idea, they remember it only when the stomach has already hinted at it. When they eat, they turn their attention to everything, but not to the meal. Gemini love to read, talk on the phone while eating. And they satisfy their hunger with the first thing that comes to hand.

And during times of stress, Gemini tend to overuse sweets and gorge themselves at night, as well as drink alcohol. Of course, all of this can lead to completeness. This is not worth doing. It is best to add foods with a high content of potassium and B vitamins to the menu during such periods – these are potatoes, cabbage, figs, raisins, eggplants and zucchini.

This attitude of Gemini to nutrition provokes diseases of the digestive system. Therefore, they need to monitor their diet. 

 

Gemini should follow a strict regimen, eat 5 times a day. You should avoid animal fats, sweets, as well as stimulants of the nervous system such as alcohol, coffee and strong tea. You can not eat food on the go, in an unpleasant environment, during stress, as well as at night.

High protein foods are recommended: nuts, cheese, eggs. Of the nuts, hazelnuts are especially important, which strengthens the bronchi and increases immunity to lung diseases. Meat dishes are best consumed no more than once a day; preference is given to lean meats and poultry. Fish and seafood are also good for Gemini.

Cereal cereals, as well as peas and beans are very useful. These foods are rich in vitamins and minerals.

During the period of increased stress, as well as in case of nutritional disorders in Gemini, calcium metabolism may be disturbed, the manifestations of which are bruises on the skin. In this case, you should enrich your diet with fermented milk products and cheese, as well as calcium preparations. It should be remembered that sweets disrupt calcium metabolism, while honey, on the contrary, helps to normalize the level of calcium in the blood.

Also, Gemini often suffer from an enlarged thyroid gland, therefore, fish, seaweed, nuts should become permanent products in their diet.

Of the fruits, the most useful are grapes, pears, peaches, oranges. Vegetables – olives, eggplants, zucchini, salad.
