Women need to cut back on oranges and lemons

The opinions of doctors about the benefits of citrus fruits were divided. Some believe that the juice that is squeezed from grapefruit or orange can improve health. Others are convinced of the opposite. Eating these fruits, they say, two or three times a week, can seriously damage your bones. Women are especially threatened. Experts observed the juice intake of 22 women and men for 78 years before proposing the theory. And as a result, they found out that drinking does not affect the stronger sex. But the use of juice can destroy the bone tissue of the fair sex. Those women, experts say, who like to drink citrus juice, may suffer from bone destruction. Against the background of the use of juices, they have noticed an inflammatory process that occurs in the bone tissue. And it affects them 000% more often than all other people who are not addicted to grapefruit or orange juices. Citrus juice is also harmful to everyone suffering from high acidity of the stomach and diabetes. They should consume citrus fruits with caution and after consulting a doctor.
