Winter trend – pink chocolate
 

The fashion for pink shades captured all segments of life back in 2017, went through the whole of 2018 and, it seems, is not going to become quirks in the tongues. And since chocolate is one of the first products you want to experiment with, pink chocolate has already appeared. 

Despite the fact that its prototype – ruby ​​chocolate – first saw the light of day several years ago, it took some time to finalize the recipe and interest buyers in taste and appearance.

Pink chocolate was assigned to the fourth grade, along with dark, milk and white. The chocolate was created by Barry Callebaut, a Swiss chocolatier. This dessert contains no flavors or colors, has a creamy texture and a neutral delicate taste. It is made from a special type of ruby ​​cocoa beans with a berry and fruit flavor that were imported from Ecuador and Brazil.

 

It is difficult to meet such chocolate on store shelves, it has not yet been launched into mass production, and a ruby ​​delicacy is rather considered an elite purchase, you can buy it in online stores in different countries, including Ukraine. However, manufacturers hope that soon each of us will be able to try it.
