Wine before bed is as effective for weight loss as an hour at the gym

Research from the University of Alberta in Canada has shown that the benefits of a glass of red wine are the same as for an hour at the gym. Yes, you read that correctly. Scientist Jason Dick found that, like exercise, resveratrol (a substance found in red wine) prevents the accumulation of fat in fat cells.

This good news is backed by scientists at the University of Washington and Harvard, who have shown that 1-2 glasses of wine with dinner can help with weight loss… According to research, you can prevent 70% weight gain by drinking at least two glasses of wine a day. Better than red because it contains resveratrol.

For maximum results, wine should be drunk in the evening., so drinking this drink at lunch, unfortunately, is not justified. Obviously, the calories in wine will help you fight the after-dinner cravings that often lead to excess weight.

Still don’t believe it? Then here’s another fact for you: scientists from a Danish university found out that people who drink wine every day have a thinner waist than those who restrain themselves.
