When you marinate meat, the meat absorbs only a small portion of the surface. The marinade only penetrates a few millimeters into the meat, inside it remains raw and unprocessed. And it takes time for the meat to marinate well. And when there is not much time and you still want to get an excellent result – juicy meat – what to do?

The marinating time of meat can be shortened with a professional meat injector (cooking syringe). The use of this syringe makes the meat more tender and juicier several times. The cost of the device is about 200 UAH.

How to work with the injector:

1. Draw the marinade into the syringe.

 

2. Make injections at different points of the pieces of meat. By the way, with this method you can cut the meat in large pieces, it will still be marinated reliably.

3. If the meat is harsh, then you need to marinate it for 3-4 hours. In general, expect that this method cuts the marinating process by 3 times.
