Boiling honey agaric is a desirable procedure before further frying, stewing and cooking according to more complex recipes. Having boiled mushrooms in salted water, they can also be fried with potatoes, baked, made pate and caviar, added to the filling of pies, in roasts. If there are a lot of mushrooms, you can make honey mushrooms. There are many options: dry, boil caviar, salt and pickle.

For a wide variety of dishes, it is enough to boil young mushrooms for 20 minutes after boiling, mature and large specimens should be held longer – about 40 minutes. In the refrigerator, the finished product can be stored for no more than two days, and in the freezer for about a year. They can be left intact or cut into longitudinal even strips, separating the cap and leg. And after boiling, honey mushrooms can be prepared according to recipes. Mushroom soup, a complex salad with the addition of several ingredients, vegetable stew to which mushrooms will add a special piquancy, sauce for pasta or rice – mushrooms are a universal and popular component of many dishes.
