What not to do after eating
 

In order for the eaten lunch to be completely absorbed, to bring the maximum that is useful for your body, not to be deposited with extra centimeters on your waist – remember the simple rules that will tell you what you can not do after eating.

Fruit. After a hearty lunch or dinner, do not eat fruits and berries, fruit acids provoke fermentation in your stomach. Food will take longer to digest, and you will feel discomfort;

Smoking. Nicotine damages the stomach muscles and disrupts digestion. Even the healthiest food cannot benefit you because of a cigarette after a meal;

Lie down to rest. In the supine position, all digestive juices from the stomach will enter the esophagus, which threatens you with heartburn and discomfort;

 

Tea, coffee, drinks. Drinking food, you disrupt the efficiency of gastric secretion and digestion processes.
