Many consider salads to be “frivolous” food. But this has nothing to do with warm salads. They can be prepared from a wide variety of products – meat, fish, cereals. Experiment and enjoy the result.

Ingredients:

Garlic – 1 teeth

Black pepper

Salt

Mustard – 1 tsp

Vinegar (apple or wine) – 2 tbsp. l.

Olive oil – 6 tbsp. l.

Egg (boiled) – 1-2 pcs.

Bun (for hamburger) – 1 pc.

Red onion – 1 pc.

Lettuce (leaf) – 2 handfuls

Cucumber (pickled) – 1 pc.

Cherry tomatoes – 5 pcs.

Minced meat – 100 g

Preparation:

Start with the dressing sauce. Pour vinegar into a jar and add 1 pinch of salt. Close the jar with a lid and shake well so that the salt and vinegar mix well. Add oil and mustard. Season with pepper, cover and shake vigorously. Now the salad itself. Add salt and spices to the minced meat, mix. From the resulting mass, make several small balls and put them in a baking dish. Place them in an oven preheated to 190 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes. While the meatballs are baking, peel the garlic, cut in half and core. Crush the garlic and fry in a skillet for about 1 minute. Cut the white bread and fry it in a preheated skillet on both sides. Take a boiled egg, peel and cut into rings. Everything is ready, we begin to collect the salad. On the plate in which the salad will be served, put lettuce leaves, chopped cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, an egg. Cut the red onion into rings and add to the salad. Before serving, lay out the hot meatballs, sprinkle with croutons. Pour the sauce over the salad before eating and stir.

Ingredients:

Wheat flour (for mushroom breading) – 1 tbsp. l.

Soy sauce (for marinade) – 1 tbsp. l.

Spices (salt, pepper, sugar – to taste)

Green onions – 50 g

Bulgarian pepper (red) – 1 pc.

Chicken fillet – 350 g

Champignons (fresh) – 500 g

Sesame (seed, for sprinkling) – 1 tsp

Butter (for frying) – 100 g

Cherry tomatoes (for decoration)

Preparation:

Breaded mushrooms cut in half in flour and put in a skillet with heated butter. Fry until golden brown. Cut the chicken fillet into strips and marinate in soy sauce for 15 minutes. Cooking vegetables. Cut green onions and bell peppers into strips. Fry chicken fillet in butter for 5 minutes. Add green onions and bell peppers to the chicken fillet, fry for another 2-3 minutes. Put the mushrooms in a frying pan, salt, pepper, add a pinch of sugar, mix well and fry everything together for another 1 minute. We put everything on a common plate and serve, sprinkled with sesame seeds.

Mayonnaise (“Provence” from “Maheev”) – 2 Art. l.

Onions (small) – 1 pc.

Tomato – 1/2 pc.

Cucumber – 1/2 pc.

Sauce (hot chili) – 1 tsp

Hard cheese – 30 g

Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp. l.

Preparation:

To prepare this salad, you can take any boiled or boiled-smoked meat, as well as sausage or sausages. Cut the meat into cubes, the onion into feathers or half rings. Fry meat and onions in vegetable oil. We take hamburger buns, you can find ready-made in stores, or you can bake it yourself. Cut out the middle, leaving 1 cm at the edge and at the bottom, take out the crumb. Put the fried meat with onions in a bun. Preparing the dressing. Mix mayonnaise with hot chili sauce. Put the dressing on top of the meat and onions. Cut the cucumber and tomato into cubes and place them on top of the bun. Place the buns on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Sprinkle with grated hard cheese. We put in an oven heated to 220 degrees and bake for 10 minutes.

Red onion – 1 pc.

Boiled pork – 200 g

Hard cheese (spicy) – 200 g

Chinese cabbage – 1 piece

Sour cream (fatty 30-40%) – 100 g

Mustard (Dijon) – 30 g

Vinegar (apple cider) – 20 g

Pasta (yellow pepper tapenade) – 50 g

Olive oil (extra virgin) – 50 g

Preparation:

We prepare the ingredients. Chinese salad, spicy cheese, pork pork cut into strips and mix. Cut the champignons, put in a pan and fry. When the mushrooms become golden, add the red onion, cut into half rings, and simmer for another 2 minutes. Put warm champignons with onions in a salad bowl. Cooking the sauce. All – sour cream, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, mustard and yellow pepper tapenade – mix until smooth. Add the prepared sauce to the salad.
