Vitamin D deficiency in one form or another occurs in almost 70-80% of the population. The production of this vitamin depends on how often a person is in sunlight, but not only. In older people, vitamin D synthesis decreases due to what happens in the kidneys, and nephrons degrade with age. And the sun is not the most frequent guest in our area. Foods rich in vitamin D, all the same beef liver, eggs, butter, brewer’s yeast and dairy products.

It is also called the vitamin of youth. Vitamin E has a positive effect on appearance and should be present in the diet of every woman who wants to stay young and beautiful as long as possible. You can use sprouted wheat seeds, other seedlings, but almost 300% of the daily intake of vitamin E is contained in 100 g of unrefined sunflower oil. 30 g of oil a day is enough.

In particular, vitamin B6 is found in large quantities in unrefined grains such as buckwheat, various types of legumes, as well as vegetables.
