Vietnamese restaurant prepares coronaburgers

The chef at Pizza Town takeout restaurant in Hanoi, Vietnam has come up with a coronavirus-themed burger.

Hoang Tung says he invented hamburgers, which consist of buns with tiny “crowns” designed to look like microscopic images of a virus to allay fear of infectious disease.

He explained his idea to the Reuters news agency as follows: “We have a joke that if you are afraid of something, you have to eat it.” That is, when a person eats a hamburger in the form of the virus itself, it helps him to think positively and not to be depressed due to the epidemic that has swept the world.

The restaurant now manages to sell about 50 hamburgers a day, which is especially impressive given the number of businesses that have been forced to close as a result of the pandemic.

We will remind, earlier we talked about another, no less entertaining culinary invention, inspired by the coronavirus – cakes in the form of rolls of toilet paper, and also advised how to eat during quarantine so as not to get better.
