Drink enough, regularly, in small sips! Count at least 1,5 liters of water per day and increase the quantity in case of high heat, fever and intense physical activity. Note that 1,5 liters of water = 7 to 8 glasses of water per day. We count as drinking water, plain water, still or sparkling but also all water flavored with plants such as coffee, tea or herbal teas for example.
